DP sleeps in the nude, I sleep in wincyette pyjamas. However, DD has just bought him some boxers to sleep in as he sleeps with the door slightly ajar so the cats can get in and out and she is APPALLED and HORRIFIED if she catches a glimpse of his leg when she is on the way to the loo.

badtasteflump · 04/05/2012 16:03

DH sleeps in the buff - he seems to get more overheated than I do (which explains why I usually wake up under a mountain of duvet that's been shoved my way in the night). I wear an oversize tshirt if it's really cold or one of those slip things like a long vest top.

I do have pjs but they are strictly for lounging on the sofa - I can't imagine sleeping like that, it would be so hot & uncomfortable.

Ragwort · 04/05/2012 16:06

I wear pyjamas, he wears a T shirt.

I can't understand people who wear knickers in bed, that sounds odd to me Grin.

I hate being naked.

CharltonHairstyle · 04/05/2012 16:07

My DP sleeps fully in the buff.

I used to til I was pregnant (full pj's!) and then having a baby means you have to be up and down all the time, this has led me to wear jammies all of the time now, I have really grown to love them Smile

Hullygully · 04/05/2012 16:07

NUDE AS NUDE CAN BE

LadyClariceCannockMonty · 04/05/2012 16:09

We both sleep naked. I've slept in the buff for years; I can't bear the 'wrapped-up' feeling you get wearing clothes in bed when you move or turn over.

If we're staying at someone's house and need 'around bed' clothes, I wear something from my selection of David & Goliath childish print PJ bottoms and a vest or long-sleeved Gap T-shirt and DP puts his undercrackers on with a T-shirt.

TheSmallPrint · 04/05/2012 16:09

We both sleep naked unless at someone elses house. I hate sleeping with clothes on, they get all twisty.

Astr0naut · 04/05/2012 16:11

In the nip.

I start of nude - apart from nursing bra - but after 3 trips to feed dd, I end up with pjs on. I should just give up and wear pjs for bed, but I live in hope.

donotsquandertime · 04/05/2012 17:25

thanks for all the reply's lots of variety,I guess it comes down to what u feel comfy in
Eliza22 - I have ordered a nice pj and vest set from Hush no slogans or cutey teds :)
Ginmakesitallok - I am the same, I don't like feeling random body parts touch me :) I like my own space I have been known to say to my dh "get over to your own side" romantic eh

Nothing. Nor do I unless it's minus something outside, or we are camping!

KateShmate · 04/05/2012 17:40

Boxers if its hot, and nice slouchy pants if its cold.

Love DH, but wouldn't want to sleep with him nakey.

CointreauVersial · 04/05/2012 17:48

DH wears a teeshirt or a PJ jacket, but no bottoms - he likes it flapping free at night.Hmm

I'm a total cold fish, so am fully togged up in cosy PJs and bedsocks until June at least.

threeleftfeet · 04/05/2012 17:52

Both either t-shirt or nude - usually nude in the summer.

Catsmamma · 04/05/2012 17:54

i go from nothing, to probably more clothes than I wear in the day!

depends how cold I am!

I'll guarantee you one thing though, nude or a skimpy thing will ALWAYS without fail result in dh saying "eye-eye" as he comes to bed!

threeleftfeet · 04/05/2012 17:54

Can I ask - for you non-nudies - if you and your DP - ahem - become nude after going to bed, do you then put your pjs back on again after rather than just falling asleep as you are?

Sorry if tmi, don't feel you have to answer, I just can't work this bit out!

A cravat, cummerbund and spats!
Neither of us understand why adults would wear clothes in bed but we put DD s in nighties and pj s, odd. ginmakesitallok different strokes for different folks, I love that.

DH sleeps completely naked. If DH is away I wear pyjamas. If he's home, well, I used to sleep naked (except during my period) but since having DS and having to breastfeed half the night I've been wearing a top and underpants.

MadameChinLegs · 04/05/2012 18:00

the bed Hmm

Seriously, in his boxers. Neither of us sleep in the nude, and yes, threeleftfeet we re-dress after bumping uglies. I can't sleep in the nude. I wear pj bottoms and a tshirt.

threeleftfeet · 04/05/2012 18:00

Grin @ the onion.

CointreauVersial · 04/05/2012 18:02

Threeleftfeet - yes, in the unlikely event of any....er....nocturnal naughty business I immediately put my PJs back on afterwards. If it's really chilly I may not take them off at all. Blush

bigTillyMint · 04/05/2012 18:21

CVGrin

What you all need is a real-life hot-water bottle in your bed - DH is always roastingSmile
