How far is your bottom rib from your pelvic bone?

Misread a post on the blazer thread that said 10 inches.
I've got a 2" gap between rib and hip and DD2 the same. No waist and enormous ribs.(Yes I was a swimmer). I think we are now called 'parsnips' :o makes a change from carrots!

Being underweight has nothing to do with the proportions of your skeleton!

...about 5 inches. I'm 5'11, size 12, hourglass.

3 inches at the side, 7 nches at front. I'm 5'5 and 9 stone. Have enough of a dip in that I definitely look feminine in something clingy. Am longer legged for someone of average stature though, so don't know if that makes a difference.

I'm guessing the point of people giving their height and weight is to show whether or not they have the hourglass/ironing board/etc curves with their measurement or not?
