Morning all.
Hope you have a great birthday Ollie!
Sory to hear about DD3 sickness Portia - always stressful when you are trying to juggle work/being professional at the same time - whilst feeling guilty about a sick child.
WAN - it sounds like you still need to be resting as much as you possibly can. Are your iron levels ok? Just the fainting/dizziness can be related (which you will obviously know, being far more medically qualified than me
.) Sorry - being a mother hen!
Agree with the online opening. Have to make sure everyone has got their's though - not sure if everyone will by Sunday? Maybe slightly later, although I can see finding a time from about the 22nd onwards may prove a challenge!!
DD is absolutely knackered from school and festivities. She is keeping going because it is all so exciting, but getting up later and later in the morning and looking so baggy eyed. She is always asleep by 8pm latest (she is 5.5) but not waking until 7 45 in the morning. She saw santa at school yesterday (and told him she wants some vests 'He said that was very sensible present to ask for, mummy.'
.) Party day at school today, and she is going in arrayed in her finest dress, and still a disco and a Christmas lunch to go!
I am wearing an old suit dug out from the back of the wardobe today (2004 purchase). Grey wide legged pinstripe suit, with grey boots and bright blue silk twist top from Jigsaw - an effort to break through the winter gloom. Weather is a bit depressing at the moment isn't it? I managed to get out for a run in the sunshine yesterday whilst working from home - good that I did because it looks like relentless rain, snow and wind for the next 4/5 days. What about my blowdry on Thursday?? I will have to invest in a headscarf
