I need your help please. My brother is getting married in February and I need an outfit. They are havign a civil ceromony in a hotel, we wont be leaving the hotel for the whole day, therefore don't feel the need to have an overcoat etc.

Think I want a dress but not sure what sort of style - I know I don't want black and I don't want strapless. Is that any help ?

Ooh, top is superb. Love the FCUK sequin skirt but more for night than day... I saw a woman wearing EXACTLY the skirt I wanted the other day but had dd and ds with me and could chase her to ask where it came from. She looked super-chic. It was quite long, net with applique ribbons, which sounds shite but looked fabulous with chunky boots.

No budget at all - absolutely skint but sure I will find a way around it.
If it helps I am 5ft 7, approx size 10, medium brown hair below shoulder length. Men are hacing to wear Tux's, although there is no dress xode for the women it needs to be something pretty glam.

Don't mind on the sleeve front - going to be inside so the weather wont make a difference.
