Evans - the clothes would swamp me, although the accessories are nice.

Lipsy - I had to walk through it today to look at lampshades in Next Home can't stand the rest of Next) and it was full of very large girls picking up very small dresses. I did wonder what would happen if I struck a match in there tbh.

happybubblebrain · 03/07/2011 19:08

Peacocks. Once I won some vouchers there, but I couldn't find anything in the whole shop that I could wear.

fastweb · 03/07/2011 19:08

Joe browns or Hollister

mumblechum1 · 03/07/2011 19:22

Fatface (if over 16 yrs old)
White Stuff
Jack Wills (if over 16 again)

mumblechum1 · 03/07/2011 19:22

Oh God yes, Hollister.

turdassmuthafukka · 03/07/2011 19:23

I like Joe Brown's stuff (though I've never actually bought any).

My worst clothes shop would be Top Shop or Miss Selfidge. There are probably nice things in them but I am old, short and fat so would look ridiculous.

IfOnlyICouldFly · 03/07/2011 19:25

Topshop. The eighties was crap the first time. Stop it.

JoleneJoleneJoleneJoleeene · 03/07/2011 19:33

Joe browns is polyester city and mutton central.

mumblechum1 · 03/07/2011 19:34

Never heard of Joe Browns. Sounds like my kinda place Grin

lubeybooby · 03/07/2011 19:35

Primark. Nasty packed jumble sale of a nightmare filled with utter shite.

lostlady · 03/07/2011 19:38

Next

TheMonster · 03/07/2011 19:40

I have a nice top from Joe Browns.

Primark would be the worst for me because every time someone commented on my clothing I would have to say 'Primark, two pound'.

TattyDevine · 03/07/2011 19:50

Joe Browns is very overpriced for what it is. I bought a top from them just after I'd had DD and was fat recuperating from my confinement and to be fair it was cotton but it was about £55 and flimsy as hell. Wore it once and it started to fall apart so I sent it back. Couldn't believe how much they were charging for it though - I'm sure it was run up in a sweatshop. Haven't bought anything since.

dexter73 · 03/07/2011 19:51

White Stuff!

gettingolderbytheday · 03/07/2011 19:57

Primark - a load of rubbish mostly

Emo76 · 03/07/2011 20:23

LOL coastgirl at Millets

what a great question.

I put forward Abercrombie & Fitch - nothing would fit me and I would be poor...
