There are 30 days in June. Who wants to do the 30 day shred every day this month?

Right, ladies its that time of year one has to get shredded. There are holidays, there are barbecues, there are weddings to attend. One has to look good, and one has to undo any overindulgence of attending said events.

So I will be doing the 30 day shred every day in June, unless extraneous circumstances prevent me, these being:

Loss of life or loss of limb;
Illness involving either puking or high temperature;
Velcro-baby (i.e sick child keeping one up all night or similar shenanigans)

Any other excuses will not be tolerated.

Is anyone else in? You must check in daily to say you've done it and you may post your weight loss or inch loss weekly if you feel inclined. Plus wax lyrical about how shredded you feel and how hard your bottom is and how you can't really lift your arm very well or it shakes like a leaf but it doesn't matter because you can fit into your least mumsy swimsuit.

I've shredded today :o
I think I may have cheated - I stopped doing the exercises until the camera switched to the 'beginner' girl, so barely did half of some exercises. Think it'll be better tomorrow as I know what I'm doing now.

I didn't do shred today as broke my toe last night :( but i did do 30 mins of yogalates to make up for it a bit.

Hello all, would like to join in but am a day late.

I shall begin to Shred tomorrow .

I have been avoiding bread and pasta for about 5 days now and think I can see/feel a difference. Combined with the Shred I will be lithe and toned, lovely!

monsters good for you for doing some exercise. I think I would see it as an excuse to put my foot up and eat chocolate. Hope it gets better soon.

Btw just what IS that lying on the floor with weights one called? Chest rise? Chest prise? Can't for the life of me work it out. Once I've got that sorted I can move onto pondering what the shiny metal thing is out in the corridor....

Just checking in to see how everyone has done. We are all very good and deserve prizes.

I went for a 20 min walk/jog with my sister as well today so am feeling especially virtuous.

SomersetBelle will listen out for the chest rise/prise tomorrow.

I started the Shred 4 days ago and just found this. I'm about to do my second one of the day because I fell asleep instead of doing yesterday's one. Easily done.

I particularly hate bicycle crunches.

Just done it - am DETERMINED to keep going til the end of June.

The bit that got me was the skipping!

Weighed myself today too (at Boots as we don't have scales at home), so that will be interesting on July 1st.

I'm in! I saw a thread a few weeks back and bought the DVD which then sat unopened gathering dust... I bit the bullet on Saturday so I've done 5 days. I will do the full month because I've got to wear a bikini at the end of July and I don't want to make everyone else on the beach sick!!
I don't have any weights so have been using bottles of water. I feel like I need something heavier, what weight should I be going for?

Think I'll be attempting again tomorrow. I should probably go back to L1 as the attempt at L2 aggravated my back, and I didn't make it to the gym today, what with half term taxi duties.

Can I join a day late tomorrow? Surely it's too late today? I started a couple of weeks ago but only did 3 days, and they weren't even 3 days in a row! Going on Holiday on 26th and will get charged excess baggage for my belly if I don't do something sharpish.
