Why can't I sleep? I am soooo tired.

I'm either rambling round the house at 1 am doing nothing but winding myself up into a state of anxiety about not sleeping. Or, I manage to get to sleep at a proper time and then wake up at 5.

I always heard that older people need less sleep, but I'm knackered.

FGS that dress is hideous and its Polyester (bet thats lovely with a hot flush!) Someone take me out and shoot me if I ever even consider buying such an item!

I've had a few good nights sleep, on the trot, and boy do I feel good.

Herbaceous - I used to have a regular 28 day cycle which dropped to 3 weeks at around 41 and still managed to conceive DS3 at the grand old age of 44.
