Over here all you 40s and fading!

I've been to Ibiza aloiuseg. I was 18 and went to San Antonio but it was 1981 and all green fields around there then. ........My fave photo of myself is from that holiday - lazing by the pool, slim, no cellulite, decent boobs......

I am another haggard owd hag/crone/bint of 47 and three quarters. Hair resembles that dangly bit round a sheeps arse, I can feel my neck wobble when i walk a bit faster. My backside is sliding down the back of my legs, knees have dropped, skin greasy and dry and dull and crap. I have grey hairs sticking out of my nose, bags like plums under my eyes and I smell funny. It is shite... I have stopped cleaning my specs so I don't want to scream on looking at myself in the mirror.

Urgghh

I found a photo of myself in Ibiza just this week actually. I was 22 and I looked luvverly.

I am currently sporting red, white and blue toenails in honour of a certain recent event.

Someone on one of the RW threads accused me of being a brainless fool.

oh okay just ignore me....sob.....

I will ask DH what the current "nail trends" are (he works in the biz - freebies ahoy!)

Am now worried that I smell of hot metal and nobody's told me Though I guess there could be worse smells.

Apparently I'm the same age as J-Lo. That is beyond depressing, perhaps I need to lay my hands on some Human Growth Hormone, apparently that's why all the slebs are popping out twins at the moment.

Carole there is no answer but Botox and fillers I'm afraid. We are not ignoring you - just struggling for something positive to say.

I am having my botox redone thursday seriously can't wait as I have tried everything else and the effect of botox affected so many other things. i just look better not so knackered and a bit smoother and that in turn inspires me to make more effort in general.

I have been using my Crest Whitestrips- they do work! I apply them whilst I'm laughing at all your posts. The bloody peroxide in them burns your skin if it comes into contact!

So anyone got any ideas why these lines and wrinkles have appeared so suddenly - does this happen or is it my imagination!?

I'm not 40 yet so feel a bit of an imposter but my body shape seems to be changing - more apple and less pear. Or just sort of pear and apple but without the boobs to make it all over curvy [depressed emoticon]
