I was almost blinded today.
Boots have a half-price sunglasses offer on if you really have to go past Per Una.

She's going to visit her style icon in his homeland.

Pagwatch · 23/03/2011 19:48

Ultimately, hully is always cruising.

Hullygully · 23/03/2011 19:55

I shall simply ignore you all. My neighbour, the one who said I looked mindblowing and is always impeccably turned out no matter the season and therefore to be relied upon, tells me that you are all jealous. He says pettiness and spite are the hallmark of the wanton.

Habbibu · 23/03/2011 19:58

Was he drooling into his cravat at the sight of your aquatic embonpoint, Hully?

Driftwood999 · 23/03/2011 20:14

Some could carry it off with style. Thinking of Elizabeth Taylor in the film, X,Y and Zee.

MadameDefarge · 23/03/2011 23:00

Hully and Mr Hully enjoy a sartorial night in

MadameDefarge · 23/03/2011 23:03

hully working the nobel prize winning look

Gottakeepchanging · 23/03/2011 23:05

When per ulna was launched they were aiming at a boden market.

I know this is going to sound rude but

I know 3 women who wear per una. All in 50s , all blonde , all a bit twee, all like they haven't quite grown up. I imagine they all have teddies or collect dolls etc

TaudrieTattoo · 23/03/2011 23:07

I had the experience of descending into Per Una on an escalator today.

I imagine I felt similar to a paratrooper falling behind enemy lines.

If the enemy lines were in Hell, and the paratrooper was on acid.

Themumsnot · 23/03/2011 23:12

Oh dear god. It gets worse. I never realised that Hully collected teddies.
Step away from those reborn dolls, Hully. There's still time.

Per Una is the funniest concept. The designers are having such a laugh.

Gottakeepchanging · 23/03/2011 23:20

I imagine that older women who dress their dogs up buy per una

Gottakeepchanging · 23/03/2011 23:21

Limited collection is really cheap- isn't it meant to be like h&m?

polyhymnia · 23/03/2011 23:27

Amazed anyone in their 50s - or 60s - wears Per Una, except for the occasional plain jacket lurking shyly in the horrific floral jungle.

Themumsnot · 23/03/2011 23:31

Now you are saying that Hully dresses up her dog. Shock
I refuse to believe it.

Tortington · 23/03/2011 23:53

looking at the OP...was it only me that instantly thought of noel feilding as kate bush for comic relief dance thing?

herecomesthsun · 24/03/2011 00:01

Heh, I did an impersonation of Kate Bush aged about 15 wearing bovver boots and a luminous pink housecoat. With feeling.

LessNarkyPuffin · 24/03/2011 00:01

Hullygully got me all confused and I now have no idea if she actually owns the dress or if she's really Kate Moss on a wind up

NettoSuperstar · 24/03/2011 00:28

My Mother would've loved Per Una .
She liked Marks anyway, and was quite proud of her purple jeans with matching polka dot blouse, or the silky combat trousers, again with matching blouse (My mother liked blouses) which looked liked pyjamas.

She's been dead 10 years and I still see her when I look at M&S.

OnEdge · 24/03/2011 00:32

GRIM

herecomesthsun · 24/03/2011 00:32

Oh Netto. Ditto. I have very fond shopping memories of presents for my mum from Marks (she thought it was a bit posh Smile)

KristinaM · 24/03/2011 02:22
