I've remembered I find it gives a funny 'stiff' feeling and seems all bouffant and bouncy at first, but drops really quickly and gives me lego hair. I don't use a volumiser, though, get itchy scalp if I do.
But then I don't use volumiser with the hairdryer either.

FluffyMummy123 · 12/02/2011 09:17

wht gives a stiff feeling?!

Trillian
Nice red top was my pjs :)

Tbh, I can get similar results with my round brush and hairdryer but it takes double the time and my arms hurt

FFS iPhone. Arms. Not ATM

WhatsWrongWithYou · 12/02/2011 12:24

Erm the BBH Blush.

adamschic · 12/02/2011 12:42

Damn I think I'm going to have to buy the babyliss. Mine is shoulder length and usually straightened, curled if a real special ocassion. Hate it in between but sick of the straight look and this might do the trick.

Traceybath, love the lace top btw.

MayorNaze · 12/02/2011 12:53

right

i feel left out :(

but am fairly certain this bbh bolleaux is not going to work for me

am cross between nancy mitfod and renee zellweger circa chicago

do i need morrocan oil do we think? i find frizzease a bit hit and miss...also have the avon equivalent...

(i really do think i am the only person who uses mucho avon products here Blush)

gabity · 12/02/2011 13:16

Bought these this morning after reading thisnyhtead last night! Fantastic!!! So pleased! :) never ever get my hair to look this good, and that was a first attempt about 15 mins! THANK YOU!

bellavita · 12/02/2011 13:41

Traceybath, get the morrocan oil, it works great on my hair.

Agree with Trills, BoF has loads and loads of hair - tis tres lovely though.

geordieminx · 12/02/2011 14:51

Ok so I have mine.... Do you just use it on wet hair?

FellatioNelson · 12/02/2011 15:28

Pah, cod don't you know the rest of us have noncahlantly being doing the backs of our heads for months now? I must admit the first few times I succeeded in doing the back of my head I did feel like I should alert the national press or something.Grin

You can join our Big Hair Society if you like. We are a sisterhood for big hair.

UrsulaBuffay · 12/02/2011 15:54

Oh Gos. I love it. It is the best £45 I have ever put on my next account spent

UrsulaBuffay · 12/02/2011 15:55

God obviously, I do not worship that big chef guy that was on big brother once Blush

cyb · 12/02/2011 16:09

CYB started a thread about the BBh the Day before this one

Apology accepted

Stuffedcat · 12/02/2011 16:32

Undertone · 12/02/2011 16:58

Check me out! My previously slightly unruly and bohemian hair is now uber groomed and swishy!

FluffyMummy123 · 12/02/2011 18:06

you likey?

OP posts:
Undertone · 12/02/2011 18:11

me likey. My hair looks amazing. I'm a massive klutz but it was so idiot-proof!

Aitch · 12/02/2011 18:18

those of you thinking of buying, make sure you buy the ROTATING one rather than the other one, i was in superdrug today and thought 'cor, thirty quid for a big hair, that's good' but realised later it was a non-twirly one.

btw, i wonder if you would be so kind, those of you buying thro' amazon, as to click through my link here as it passes a few shekels onto my blw site and contributes to running costs. no biggie if you already have someone you prefer to do it through, of course.

FellatioNelson · 12/02/2011 19:52

They make a NON-Twirly one? Confused What a useless pointless con trick that would be.

WincyEtNightie · 12/02/2011 20:00

MayorNaze I reckon you do need Moroccan oil. It's better than Frizz Eaze (which is top of my very, very, very long list of products that were promised to solve my perfect hair dilemma). Could actually work out cheaper too in the long run I reckon as the bottle's pretty big and I seem to need less.

Is it the Avon Lotus stuff you've tried (promised by Sunday Times Style Magazine, no less, to change my life - it didn't Sad)

WincyEtNightie · 12/02/2011 20:00

Aitch sorry, ordered mine yesterday or I would have been happy to oblige. Sorry.

Aitch · 12/02/2011 20:03

don't be daft, wincey, it's just on the off-chance. (and ahem if you ever feel like doing more shopping on amazon you could consider bookmarking... Wink)

Aitch · 12/02/2011 20:05

and yes, fellatio, they do make a non-twirly one. why?
