My quest for perfect flat leather ankle boots continues!

Anyone else order one of the Vintage America styles? I ordered a Maeble in an 8 (am usually a generous 7 or 7.5) but the dispatch note says they are a 10! I don't think they actually are a 10 (are a bit big though) - am wondering if it's American sizing??

Not sure whether or not I'll keep them - they are quite big at the ankle, will need to try them on with a few outfits to see how they look.

yy it's US sizing, just add two basically - so an 8 is a US 10.

Mine were really big as well btw. They do come up big.

I thought that might be the case. Can't imagine somewhere like KG stocking size 10 as a matter of course!

I bought a Vintage American boot. Didn't realise it was Nine West.
Anyway, I ordered a 37/4 and was comparable to a UK 37/4 in my case. Maybe the styles differ - mine was an ankle boot with a zip up the back - a Beaver.

My Simbas arrived within a couple of days. Not sure I'll keep them. I thought I'd ordered a 7 but they're 6.5.

Is anyone else having trouble applying the codes?

KGDELIVERY is not giving me free delivery, but money off, and KGWELCOME is not working at all.

Argh, I told DH that the shoes I had my eye on were £35, but I've ended up paying £47.
(May yet cancel order.)

The quality looks really nice...tempted by the Nicole Farhi boots but Oh so definitely can't afford those..

Just got an email today for something I returned weeks ago!
I did notice that I got the delivery charge refunded too - yippee

The brown Mittfords look lovely, but the size 43 appears to have gone. oh well.

Got my Mittfords today, very pleased . Not sure I'd want to pay full price for them, but at that price it would have been rude to leave them there

If anyone still cares - update on keeping the full £20 discount when you return a pair (see my earlier post at Fri 14-Jan-11 14:48:13):

The discount was spread over my order and when I returned a pair, I was refunded the price of that pair less a percentage of the discount. BUT I emailed them to say I thought that wasn't true to the spirit of the discount offer, and have just had a very nice phone call to say that they are refunding the rest of the price.

Sorry to bump this - how long have people been waiting for their refunds? I sent mine back just over 2 weeks ago and Im starting to get a bit concerned. Maybe I should give it another week?

Over 2 weeks for each of my refunds, one nearer 3 weeks.
Wouldn't bother contacting them yet.

They are pretty slow but mine have just come through so don't give up hope yet.

I have seen some shoes I like for a wedding and the "delivery" code isn't applying, although I haven't logged in.

Think the codes have stopped working now - the 20% off definitely had two weeks ago.
