what sort of despatch email? Does it say successful despatch?

the order despatched ones mean nothing, but he succesful despatch ones mean business so you are home and dry gal Smile

there are two dispatch emails?? i got the impression they were quick. ordered sunday -dispatch email (1 obviously) tuesday so still no boots! when i took me that long decide!
the word successful is not on my email? but its says status disptach. although saying that the tracking number is not there and therefore does not work on Pforce - ahhh
...the wait continues

I've just checked my zillion emails (3 orders) and I'm afraid that the 'order despatched' emails are not reliable - evn if the items each say 'despatched' they can still at this stage be cancelled and refunded.

It said despatched next to my brown boots and they were then cancelled.

However every item that I had a separate 'successful despatch' email about HAS arrived.

Confusing isn't it. I hope that helps a bit, sorry Sad

I don't think it really matters what the email say's unless it's a cancellation.

I think you just have to keep your fingers crossed wait and see if they turn up!

Dispatch on all online shopping outlets I've used (of which they are mayBlush) means products on its way. How strange!
A little bit of an unsophisticated ordering system. Mines been too long compared to others, I'm not optimistic!

Sorry! Don't mean to worry you all. Just the fact that I had a dispatch date for 3 pairs and then after 2 had been sent I got a cancellation email for the 3rd.

Did you order those boots then PinkOlives?

Its good to be warned!
Yess tragically so wanted to mention it to you but wasn't sure if you remembered and then might think who's that crazy person!
I ordered brown for versatility. Although my heart was in the tan the night I ordered it how sad! But now I'm happy with the choice they are MIA!
How you enjoying yours?
Quite surprised at their customer service actually

I still have not received my 3rd pair of shoes that I ordered and I received the dispatch notice for them before the other two that I have already received.

I returned one of the pairs (that didn't fit) to KG and Westfield and it was no problem at all. I then bought another pair of lovely shoes in shop for £15!! Less that the pair that I was returning (even with the discount).

Hmmm...think I will go back online and order the other ones I wanted and didn't get now. Grin

I think they probably have a few checkpoints during processing...so the order comes through, they send an email, it goes to the warehouse, they send another email, and when they finally get sent they send yet another.

I don't know. But it is certainly misleading to say 'despatched' and then cancel and refund things. They need to sort it out really.

I hope everyone's things do turn up.
