Have just ordered 2 pairs of boots, one down from £180 to £85, the other £145 down to £39!! Grin

There are 2 codes that can be used, KGDELIVERY10 gives you 20% off and KGWELCOME10 give you £20 off your first order if over £50

Haha PinkOlives I did remember!

I will send one pair back, don't really like them and deciding on the pair as they are quite high but look stunning! Just don't know if I would have the guts to wear them anywhere!

falsemessageoflethargy · 17/01/2011 13:36

My shiny trainers have arrived and very lovely they are too - and they come with their own felt bag. I am a sucker for all those strange extras with expensive shoes...Grin

loobylu3 · 17/01/2011 14:01

Has anyone else had a delivery of KG shoes without an online refund note being in the box?
Have had only one note out of 4 pairs of shoes, all of which sadly need to be returned!

CabbagefromaBaby · 17/01/2011 14:21

loobylu3, there is a link to the online form you can print out, further down the page if you have a moment to look, I'd tell you where but have to rush out in a minute.

It's on one of my posts x

falsemessageoflethargy · 17/01/2011 14:25

teej - I've got the lizzy's but they look the same as the libertys but high top - the sizing is spot on normal and the trainers look good but arent as comfy as converse.

sailorsgal · 17/01/2011 14:38

I had a pair of shoes delivered today and they are damaged. Two diamantes missing and a dirty mark on the side. It must have been someone with very bad eyesight that packed them.

tried ringing customer service twice and no answer. Hmm

Piffpaffpoff · 17/01/2011 16:34

My black Mitfords finally arrived today and I love them! As others have said, the quality does not befit something with an original price of £135, but they are lovely for £35. I think the sizing has come up quite large (I ordered a 9) but nothing a thicker pair of socks won't sort.

Mine were very nicely packaged and the sale sticker on the sole says Selfridges. I am a little bit thrilled by this (insert saddo 'lives in the sticks' emoticon here).

teej · 17/01/2011 23:24

falsemessage thanks for the tip - I'm 3-4 and went for the 4 so I guess we'll see how they fit when they turn up!

sailorsgal · 18/01/2011 09:43

I had a phone call from customer services. Grin

Obviously my shoes had not come from the warehouse but from a shop which must have been the ones on display as they have definitely been tried on several times.

teej · 18/01/2011 13:18

ladies what's the deal with cancelled orders (as in cancelled by KG) - am i correct in thinking from this thread that some have turned up anyway?

just got an email to say my order has been cancelled and wondered whether to take it with a pinch of salt....

teej · 18/01/2011 21:39

Giving up the cancelled order as a lost job - I don't suppose anyone ordered the Evies and can tell me what the fit is like?

I ordered a pair of boots a week ago today but have heard nothing....does this mean I won't be getting them???

dottyaboutstripes · 19/01/2011 11:10

Bizarrely, they have just turned up!

womma · 20/01/2011 09:07

If anyone's returned shoes, have they taken ages to get a refund?

I sent mine back 10 days ago and they're not showing up on order history when I log in to my account on the website...

TrillianAstra · 20/01/2011 09:10

I just want to say again thank you for the link - I am very happy with my shoes.

Dillinger · 20/01/2011 10:16

Sorry - quick question Blush

Boots arrived yesterday and I want to return them, Ive printed out the returns label to stick to the parcel, what do I include in the parcel?

I was thinking the despatch note as that has all details on that they'd need to do the refund right?

womma · 20/01/2011 11:01

Keep the despatch note as your receipt - that's what I did but I can't remember where on KG website I read that. I just packed the shoes up and put the label on the parcel.

CabbagefromaBaby · 20/01/2011 11:39

How will they know whose shoes they are?

I included the despatch note in mine and kept the email as a receipt.

womma · 20/01/2011 11:57

Here's what's on the website:

To post goods back to us:

* Customers should keep their despatch note as proof of purchase.

just did what they said

EvelynTension · 20/01/2011 13:58

Ah. I didn't have a returns note in any of mine and I ordered about 6 pairs.

that's where the confusion lies.

To post goods back to us:

Customers should keep their despatch note as proof of purchase.
Your refund credit, or exchange (when in stock) may take up to 2 to 3 weeks after you post the goods back to us. We will e-mail you to confirm your return has been processed.
There is no need to telephone us when sending a return
Fill out the returns form enclosed with your order noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund
Attach the postage label provided to the parcel. If you no longer have this then please contact Customer Relations on 0845 257 2571 for a replacement.
Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest Post Office, you will not be charged to send your goods back to us.

see I didn't get a returns note or a postage label, so if I hadn't included the despatch note there was no way they could have guessed the shoes had come back from me, iyswim.

I'd have had to write it all out again on a piece of paper and stick it in the box.

I just hope they don't question that I bought them! Obviously there is an email trail to prove it but still...hmm.

EvelynTension · 20/01/2011 14:02

I just rang to check and she said that it will be fine, what I did. Hope that helps anyone who did the same!

womma · 20/01/2011 14:59

Hmm, I'm a bit worried about my shoes now.
How come you do what they say and it's wrong!? Always the way!

I'll have to ring them up tell them to sort out their returns info, and then try and get my refund, wish me luck!

EvelynTension · 20/01/2011 17:45

Good luck pet. They will have a stack of shoes that have arrived at their warehouse minus the returns note or any ID.

Did you send them in the same mailing bag they arrived in? If so your name/address will be on that.

I'm sure it will all work out - might take a bit longer but they seem a decent sort of shop so I'm sure they'll try their best.

EvelynTension · 20/01/2011 17:48

Sorry, the stack bit sounded really discouraging - what I meant was a few that have arrived, placed carefully in a pile and they will be so glad you rang to claim one of them!
