Not on a roll Bloss - just trying to ignore v bad sugar cravings - day 6 of my diet (have cut out weekday wine, all nibbles between meals unless fruit, no bread & pasta, no second helpings etc)
Started out really well and lost a bit everyday nlast week and now back to 0.1kg more than when I started - damm those hotel breakfast hash browns! Zumba class tonight tho so will work extra hard!

LTEC - sounds like we might have been there at the same time. I hit Cafe Rouge for a post-swimming recovery brunch at 11am-ish and then scooted round the shops afterwards. And of course I love the shoes - I've been stroking them for a couple of weeks!
