God - dukan and pottytraining here today - I'm living the life I can tell you Wink

Am feeling rather lethargic and gazing at salad leaves like they're a new gucci handbag - ho hum - just need to keep focused on looking good in my new frock.

Romanarama · 18/11/2010 15:31

Ooh, I was on the receiving end of NLP once, just for an hour, and it was genuinely transformational. If you're down south I think Ashridge very good for that kind of training, and v.flexible over timings. I've looked at their coaching MSc, though it's really for people who already coach.

Yangy I've often coveted that dress on the site. I'm a phoney 8 like you too!

Agreed Yangy! I used to be a size bigger than I am now, and in reality my size has changed very little. I have a pair of jeans I bought in 1993 (that are a 12) and they are my weight/body barometer. If I fit into them comfortably now then I know I am fine - I used to use them when I had no scales due to body 'issues' and one of my friends who is a therapist suggested using a item of close fitting clothing as a more healthy 'tool' for measuring size rather than hoping on and off scales. Most men apparently use this technique (clothes) naturally and are less hung up on the scales.

However - a 12 on me from almost all shops is too big (always has been on the top, but now I am apparently verging on a 10 all over...as if by magic!)

yangymac - I dream about little silent invisible fairies clearing up while I lie on the sofa reading a book Grin

LOL OWW. I'm going to take surreptitious photos DD's Monday-Tuesday class teacher who wears animal print better than anyone I have ever seen. In fact she is my current style guru - who would have thought it possible to be so overcome by the style prowess of a primary school teacher?

No Peacock brooches at Oxford Primark.

notyummy · 18/11/2010 16:42

Not sure about a couple of outfits on that DM link..

The one with the leopard skin gloves is a bit 'Bond Villainess' IMHO.

pickledsiblings · 18/11/2010 16:52

Warehouse have a great copy of that D&G £££ cardi in grey but without pockets. If you prefer brown they have a lovely crew neck jumper and cardi in the same flattering knit.

If it's paperwork you need a Girl Friday, not a housekeeper. I do know a couple, but in Paris so no good to you. But you might find one in your local classified?
