Very avid! Love the title OWW. Your poor dh!
Bloss poor you this morning, I hate it when they frighten you like that, gives me the shivers thinking about it. LOVE the sound of your crafts stall, maybe we'll have a meet up at your fair and stock up on pressies. I love crafty things too, it's that time of year, dark evenings make me feel like curling up by the fire and knitting. The last knitting project I did was a long, skinny scarf in a cable patern in cashmere. The cables devoured yarn so cost a fortune, and I started it last halloween and didn't finish until Easter. Pre dc I would have done it in a month.
Sorry for everyone affected by yesterdays cuts. It's no consolation, but the Irish economy is in even worse shape than yours, our budget is coming in early December and it won't be pretty. Dh's job is hanging by a thread but I'm not allowing myself to think about it. I gave up reading the newspaper ages ago, and rarely listen to the radio anymore as it was making me feel so anxious. Probably very selfish of me but I find living in a bubble is better for my mental well-being, IYKWIM.
Vins boots story had me laughing so much I had to read it out to ds1 as I cooked dinner and skimmed thread. I can so see myself doing that.
Tracey I'm relieved your not going for the barn, the thought of you in a caravan for the duration was really upsetting me
Bunny I can't believe the babies are nearly due, how exciting!
hells hope the day in bed has done the trick and you're back on form tomorrow.
So, the long awaited week in Paris is beginning on Sunday. I was a bit worried by the strikes, but determined to get there even if we have to swim. Any W&A recommendations?
