Me three. OH and I decided the eve of the eve was a perfectly delightful time to start making cocktails and I am well on my way to decidedly three sheets to the wind as a result - fun :)

oh do we have to introduce ourselves if we be newbies...well i use to be spookshowangel so a few of you may have seen my threads re my dp lovely ex. he has 3 kids who waiver between seeming to love me and seeming to think i am a piece of shit. i have 3 kids who go to their dads every weekend who would be classed as a functioning alcoholic i suppose.
i am prego with my 4th/his 4th so our combined 7th (total accident by the way) we moved in together about two months ago. but aside from the ex its all going quite well.
and i really, really wish i was drunk.

So it's 4am, I come on here to see if anyone is about to talk to as I'm BOOREEDD. and I find you are all talking about wine. and gin. and other such alcohol based things. While I sit here.

On the plus side, I am working in the quiet bit. Not the horribly busy bit that is full of drunks and domestics. The bad side is I now have to work the busy bit tonight and meet lots of vile fighting drunks very poorly people.

When has everyone got DSC's over christmas? We have managed to get it good this year. DSD is with us 23rd night, 25th night, 26th night. To her mother's 27th for the day, back that evening with us until further notice. DSD's brother is due shortly so we get her until they're home and sorted! I actually love having her, already have her 50% + extra's... I'm even known at the school as the wicked step mum now, in a nice way though -i think

Funnily enough, not feeling too bad.

Well I ended up calling and ambulance for some drunken idiot forbthwbsort of person poor wrong again has to deal with.

Then I sobbed all over DH about how hard I am finding everything - which wasn't really fair on him - because obviously it's even harder for him - they are his kids and he misses them.

Then I had another unnecessary glass of wine.

Now I have a hangover and post crying headache.

I'm going out for breakfast soon!

DH and I are alone following cancellation of DSDs visiting arrangements for Xmas. She is being held hostage at her mothers until money is handed over at the end of the month in line with her expectations...

It's a pretty shit situation so are wine o'clock rules changed? Are all bets off? Vodka? Brandy?

Well DS still asleep, DP went to tescos to get some more baby milk so I don't have to go on tues I've got 90% of stuff ready for tomoro for going to my parents... Got everything sorted for DSD coming boxing day, literally coming from parents then picking her up... I'm too organised, something will bite me in the arse lol

BOM - what a piece of work; she obviously doesn't care that she comes across as a money-grabbing witch

I've also spent most of last night and half of today in floods of tears. Long story re DSS and girlfriend.

I'm wrung out with it all - DSD and DSS.

I know it isn't my problem as such - but what I wouldn't give to just have a bog standard family sometimes.

I will sit here with a smile plastered on my face when dsd arrives for just long enough to open her lovingly bought and wrapped presents then fucks off back to mums leaving heartbroken dh and ds2 comes to see us - but you know what - really I just want to scoop ds2 and dd up and go out somewhere where we aren't a second class family.

Poor DH.

I don't know why but this Christmas I've just had enough.

Oh MJ I am so sorry, that is a shit situation too. I havent told my DD that DSD isn't going to be around yet.. wussing out of that one as not really sure how to put it... there will be tears. Neither of them have other siblings.

Thank god for wine. DH and I are making the most of being alone and popping out for a limoncello or two at the local soon yay!

But dh is home now and it doesn't seem so bad - and he has made 2 pints of g n t.
