Just got back from a long walk in the sunshine not even bothered about the match today We even bumped into another Evertonian (we are in the south). It looks like the team hasn't shown up today then.

Only bloody Citeh could have scored three in 5 mins. So heartbreaking to miss out on the title again by just one point (esp as we lost fewer games than City). So proud of the lads for taking it to the wire. Congrats to Son and Salah for sharing the golden boot. Well done to Leeds for staying up and to Spurs for getting back into the Champions League. On which note, on to Paris now - hope Thiago will be ok for that.

We stuck with Radio 5 Live and the BBC Sports website. Delighted Spurs are above Arsenal but wish Sonny didn't have to share the golden boot as he doesn't take penalties.

Oblo we'd swapped to the city game when we heard Liverpool had scored a third, we all held our breath until we found out it wasn't Salah.

Looks like City did a bit of an Everton there, coming back from 2-0 down and invading the pitch

I wonder how the WC is going to affect the league and more importantly the players who will be involved.

It just doesn't feel right, for many many reasons.

But I am looking forward to the Euros

Will miss a 'Summer of Soccer' but when the weather is gloomy and I can no longer afford to heat my house, watching football (as obviously the TV will be essential electrical use) by candle light as the rain lashes down might just be the tonic I need.
