Another dodgy penalty today. It does look an awful lot like the PGMOL are trying to give it to Sp*rs...

And trying to get us relegated at the same time.

I guess it's inexperience that's done for us this season, but we've certainly not been helped by some of the worst refereeing I've seen in years.

There were some blatantly appalling fouls on Arsenal players that were simply ignored. And nobody seems to have a clue why Eddie was given a yellow card.

I guess in a few years time, there will be a whistleblower (yeah, get the irony) and some people might go to jail. Or, more likely, it will be swept under the carpet...

Wonder if Spurs will be Spursy Sunday

After all the eek for Top 4 it's done! Can breathe a little now! And should be able to finish 3rd unless our next two games go wrong..

Seemed a odd game. You'd thought Newcastle were the ones needing the win way they were playing

Huddersfield in the play off finals.

I'm not arguing they were the better team. But the bias in refereeing was there even if it wasn't needed. That's what sticks in my craw....

Something I am nervous about. The 5-1 thrashing at the the hands of an already relegated Newcastle is still fresh in the memory. They only needed a point from that game too...

Speaking as a Gills fan here as I am aware Spurs have had the rub of the green moreso than some other clubs this season - the thing that gets me about the refs is that they are basically untouchable (to be clear they should be protected to a degree), however a manager questioning/saying anything negative is likely to get a red/ban/fine but some of their decisions can be costly for the team and they don't get held accountable. A half-hearted apology (if you are lucky) isn't going to give teams the points they were robbed of/save them from the drop. The standard in the lower leagues is shockingly bad and some shouldn't be in the job Drysdale I am looking at you

Was cheering when Newcastle beat Arsenal. Like pp worried that Spurs will do something twatty against Norwich / not show up at all, which has been seen many times this season.

Hopefully not eat dodgy food..think if do get over the line and get backing will go far next season. Conte knows his stuff.

I was at the Villa game when Sp*rs went 1-0 up to Newcastle, then Newcastle had a player sent off.

The crowd really started to enjoy it as they lost 5-1 (I think).

I wish I hope hope for similar this time...

Yes, me! I'm an Eintracht Fan (living in Frankfurt for 20 years!) gutted we've just gone a goal down but there's plenty of time yet 😄

Wonder if we will see yet another penalty shoot out tonight? (On which note, congrats to Liverpool and Forest and sincere commiserations to Chelsea (again) and Sheffield Utd - pens are a heartbreaking way to lose.)

Oh rangers, I can't watch the fans ,makes me cry as well. Enjoyed that but wish the result was different.

Poor Aaron Ramsey and poor Rangers. As an aside, I always wish two things in pen shootouts: 1) please let two people miss from the losing side so that it isn’t all on one person’s shoulders; and 2) sadly, please don’t let it be foreign / non-white players who miss, because of the very specific (and sickening) kind of abuse they may get.
