The official page with rolling updates is here.

GB is in joint 12th place (another event has concluded, and China has won another Gold, since opening post).

There's an app for that too, for various OSs. It's free, called something like BBC London 2012 Olympics results.

EdithWeston · 29/07/2012 22:02

I've just done a bedtime check on the tables, and GB is in 16th place (down from our the highest point of 11th).

I was tickled to see the glorious nation of Kazakhstan in 6th!

IOutrunBoltInMySpareTime · 30/07/2012 07:11

We did get a bronze to take our medal total to 2 thoughSmile

EdithWeston · 30/07/2012 22:25

At bedtime today, we've one more medal (Bronze), but have moved down to 20th.

Still a lot of the events in which we have strong contenders have yet to come.

toomuchmonthatendofthemoney · 31/07/2012 13:49

I'd like a thread to tell us which medals team GB have won so far. I think I might start one...

EdithWeston · 31/07/2012 13:51

Why not add it here?

We appear to be still in 20th place, with one more medal.

EdithWeston · 31/07/2012 13:54

The medals GB has won so far are:

Silver: women's cycling road race
Silver: eventing
Bronze: men's artistic gymnastics
Bronze: women's swimming 400m

FrankelSaysRelax · 31/07/2012 15:52

So close yet so far with an eventing individual, but that's horses for you!

This bit of the LBC website gives Team GB medallists so far (with pix).

Readers interested in GB performance might like also to look at the Channel 4 Alternative Interactive Medals Table. On it you can re-score a country's medal haul against other indices such as population, freedom, debt and CO2 emissions (to see a "cost" of those medals).

FrankelSaysRelax · 02/08/2012 14:15

We're now in 12th, depsite adding a silver (rowing) to our haul.

China and the USA tied on 30 each but China streaking away with 17 Gold to the USA's 13.

IOutrunBoltInMySpareTime · 02/08/2012 18:59

MirandaWest · 02/08/2012 19:00

Yes Grin

EdithWeston · 02/08/2012 19:09

Gosh!

EdithWeston · 03/08/2012 06:07

A Good Morning (rather than a bedtime) sit rep.

It looks like a day with possibilities today - with Adlington swimming again, Ennis starting her events, women's pairs rowing, and Pendleton cycling in the keirin; plus women's foot quarter finals and Murray's semi in the tennis.

GB starts the day 5th on the medals table, with 15 medals.

Rowing: women's pairs
Cycling: men's time trial: Bradley Wiggins
Canoeing: men's slalom C2
Shooting: double trap: Peter Wilson
Cycling: men's team sprint (new world record)

Silver
Cycling: women's road race: Lizzie Armitstead
Equestrian: eventing: team
Swimming: men's 200m breaststroke: Michael Jamieson
Rowing: men's lightweight four
Canoeing: men's slalom C2
Judo: women's 78kg: Gemma Gibbons

Bronze
Swimming: women's 400m freestyle: Rebecca Adlington
Artistic gymnastics: men's team
Cycling: men's time trial: Chris Froome
Rowing: men's eight

IOutrunBoltInMySpareTime · 03/08/2012 17:13
