Jesus christ the pain!!

I'm hoping to get some advice here on how to tackle this horrific spot I have.

It is huge, no head and on MY ARSE. I'm I'm absolute agony
I can't sit down
I can't walk properly.

It really really hurts. I've tried squeezing but it hasn't helped. It is just solid with no head.
It is honestly making me want to cry.

Any pro tips?

Try and get the really thick old fashioned San pads, like Kotex,- they will help to cushion it but also help when it bursts.
You might need to call GP and get antibiotics to help clear it.
Keep dabbing it with cotton wool or a cloth soaked in as hot a water as you can.

My sister had an abscess in roughly the same area and the pain was horrific. She toughed it out before the pain got so bad she couldn't sit down and was then admitted to hospital for surgery. The abscess was so deep it took ages to heal and she had district nurses coming out to pack and dress the wound for weeks after. Keep an eye on it and don't waste time on seeing the doctor, wouldn't wish what she went through on anyone.

Ok I've bought some tea tree oil.
Some blister plasters as I've read they're good at drawing them out and some bacardi.

I was going to say pilondonial cyst too. DP had one, it was horrendous. You need proper medical care.

Nope it is still red, hard and painful.

The blister plasters worked in providing some cushioning.
I'm going to the pharmacy shortly for some magnesium sulphate.

I'm going to call gp soon I think as the pain isn't subsiding at all.
Thing is they're doing video appointments and if they think I'm getting my arse out on the iPad they've another thing coming Hmm
I'm hoping they just leave a prescription for me.

I had a pilondial cyst, my God the pain was unreal. I had to have it lanced and drained and then was on antibiotics for ages. Hope you are ok OP

So gp is giving me antibiotics to start taking.
She said if it feels any worse tomorrow I have to go in so she can see it and potentially go into hospital to have it drained.

Sorry for the delay.
I had a puppy delivery on Friday evening.
I thought I was going to have to put the breeder off at one point.

Anyway
The one on my arse came to a head and it is now hardly anything.
Then I got one on my vag just as big but not as painful I think because of the location and with my antibiotics and magnesium it caused me less grief.
I have woke up today with 3 massive ones on my thighs.
Again not as painful and there isnt as much pressure but God knows wtf is going on.

Have you been hygienic when you are draining the spots? Just thinking maybe you are getting secondary spots from the pus. More likely you are just a bit run down, that's when these things take hold.
