The Christmas period is a great opportunity to spread joy - whether through kind actions, the giving and receiving of gifts, or just spending quality time with loved ones. In light of #Cadvent this year, Cadbury would like to hear about what you’d wish for this Christmas.

Here’s what Cadbury have to say about Cadvent: “This year, Cadbury will be spreading extra Christmas magic throughout the whole festive season by making Cadvent wishes come true in the lead up to the big day. Wishes will be granted up and down the country as Cadbury countdown to Christmas with the best advent calendar yet. Is it snow that you wish for this year, or is it the ultimate Christmas tree? Or perhaps delicious Cadbury chocolate for all your family and friends! Take a peek through the calendar doors to see the wishes granted so far.

So, whether you’d wish for a shiny new piece of technology, you have a creative idea to give back to your community or loved ones, or you’d just like to have all of your family together, share this below to be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £300 Love2Shop voucher.

Thanks and good luck!

Sounds corny but I’d wish for one more day with my grandma. She passed away 4 years ago when I was going through a rough time. I’m settled now and have a baby and a husband and she’d have been so happy to see me happy.

I'd wish to not be in this frightening and financially insecure place by this time next year.

I'd wish for the health to enjoy it and to give back to some of my amazing friends.

A peaceful Christmas with happy dc and money worries magically gone.

happysouls · 07/12/2017 09:24

I would really love some money so that I could have lessons on my tenor saxophone! I always wanted one and found a scheme where I could spread payments over a year so managed to get it at last! I've taught myself with all the information on the internet which is great! But I think I could really benefit from a few lessons! I'd also really love to try an alto saxophone and a trumpet too but that is just like a lovely daydream! I'll be happy with thermal socks and a book haha!

Well, the kids are definitely wishing for snow - they both keep going on and on and on about how we haven't had any for years and years and years...

So if wishes could come true then I'd love to be able to take them to Lapland where they'd be sure of snow at Christmas and a magical fun time for all.

I just want a nice happy family xmas, lots of nice food and all the family here

nemno · 07/12/2017 16:22

A Christmas with my husband, 2 adult sons and their other halves is all I want. We all get on so well and will be relaxed and happy just us. And between us we will produce delicious food with little stress.

Wishingandwaiting · 07/12/2017 17:15

Oh I’d wish for my parents to still to be alive and sharing Christmas with us.

Second choice would be to take children to London for an overnight theatre trip. First Christmas as a single mum and determined to make it as special as possible.

MummyInTheNecropolis · 07/12/2017 18:45

I'd wish for a cure for cancer so that we wouldn't have to deal with the sadness of knowing that this Christmas will be my dad's last Sad. I'd also wish for my sister's baby to be born lovely and healthy in time to meet her grandad before we lose him.

amelia4levi · 07/12/2017 19:55

Id wish for Snow on the big day!

bellweather · 07/12/2017 20:50

That I will win the lottery Wink

Hanhan28 · 07/12/2017 21:24

I’d love to be debt free and own my own home. I promised my daughter a garden and hopefully I can one day make it a reality.

rachaelsit · 07/12/2017 22:07

I wish to be able to work part time so I can see my children more

NotShortImFunSized · 07/12/2017 22:08

I’d just like white, straight teeth so I can smile and have nice pictures with my kids for once :(

Quietvoiceplease · 08/12/2017 06:11

My wish? For the house to be tidy, and finished (post-building works). TO have a 'proper' place for everything to go. Cardboard boxes don't count.

caringcarer · 08/12/2017 10:07

I wish my dear grandson could spend a week on holiday with me and husband.

Teddygirlonce · 08/12/2017 12:39

Snow is an excellent one - I can recall snow only once in my lifetime on Christmas Eve/Christmas Day. The children have never experienced it for all the Christmas marketing 'spin'.

For someone to magically do all my Christmas shopping for me - I'm feeling uncharacteristically uninspired by the festive retail experience this year...

MillyVanilli222 · 08/12/2017 13:43

I'd love to be able to pay off my parents' mortgage - they've worked so hard all their lives, and are so close!

katieskatie82 · 08/12/2017 14:01

i just wish that all my family are happy and healthy this christmas x

Buxtonstill · 08/12/2017 14:07

I wish my Dad was still alive. I mis him terribly, especially at Christmas.

bozoandgozo · 08/12/2017 18:08

our first born is due the 28th, so a happy healthy delivery for our baby girl this christmas would be all we want :)

tabbaz123 · 08/12/2017 18:17

I would wish for the elves to restore my fathers classic motorcycle. My dad rode it round TT and I am trying to get it on the road for my dad to have one last ride!

Minnibix · 08/12/2017 19:05

I would love for nobody to be hungry or homeless for Christmas

Awoof · 08/12/2017 20:21

A helicopter ride to Newcastle so I could give my dad a big cuddle with his granddaughter (and me too!)

starlight36 · 08/12/2017 20:34

Snow would make Christmas extra special. I really can't remember the last time I saw some snow on Christmas Day. The last few years it has been grey and drizzly.
