The Christmas period is a great opportunity to spread joy - whether through kind actions, the giving and receiving of gifts, or just spending quality time with loved ones. In light of #Cadvent this year, Cadbury would like to hear about what you’d wish for this Christmas.

Here’s what Cadbury have to say about Cadvent: “This year, Cadbury will be spreading extra Christmas magic throughout the whole festive season by making Cadvent wishes come true in the lead up to the big day. Wishes will be granted up and down the country as Cadbury countdown to Christmas with the best advent calendar yet. Is it snow that you wish for this year, or is it the ultimate Christmas tree? Or perhaps delicious Cadbury chocolate for all your family and friends! Take a peek through the calendar doors to see the wishes granted so far.

So, whether you’d wish for a shiny new piece of technology, you have a creative idea to give back to your community or loved ones, or you’d just like to have all of your family together, share this below to be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £300 Love2Shop voucher.

Thanks and good luck!

LondonLassInTheCountry · 06/12/2017 01:34

I would wish to be debt free

oliveoyl72 · 06/12/2017 06:11

A girls night out with all of my friends - ever since kids came along, it's almost impossible for everyone to make it to the same 'do', we have mini meets and odd days out with everyone and the kids, but I do miss our girls nights out.

claza93 · 06/12/2017 06:53

I would love for everyone to welcome our fifth baby when we break the news........
A happy and healthy family (and not too much Christmas debt) would also be amazing

lotte321 · 06/12/2017 09:36

I'd just like a new washing machine please!

sofieellis · 06/12/2017 11:36

We've bought some charity presents for family members (Oxfam and Cafod water gifts). We do it every year and I know some relatives think it's great and others think it's really awful. I don't care, I'd rather pay for something that's going to help someone, than waste money on tat!

My Christmas wish is that I get to see all the family & friends I really want to see and manage to avoid the rest! I know that sounds awful, but it's complicated. Life is just more peacful if certian people are kept apart.

And I wish that it won't snow - snow means travel disruption and that means my loved ones might not be able to come home.

It all comes down to having family around and healthy. Unfortunately it’s that time of our lives when our parents are starting to fail and it really does hit home to me how precious family time is and the time my children get to spend with their grandparents is something no amount of money could ever buy and no gadget could ever replace.

onedayatatime73 · 06/12/2017 13:27

I would wish to have my Dad back. For one last chat. He made Christmas so special. I would let him go back up there again. Bit just a chat over some food would make my life complete.

starray · 06/12/2017 13:29

I wish my mum and dad could join us from abroad. They are getting really old and we would love to spend more time together - especially with my little one. So...I wish for money to buy them plane tickets!

Lofty73 · 06/12/2017 15:27

I would love to have the money to take my sister out for a meal. She has been there for me recently and has even bought a bed settee so when I need to stay I'm not cramped up on a sofa. Very poor this Christmas so very few presents

lalalauren416 · 06/12/2017 16:25

Just some time with family is lovely :)

katfje · 06/12/2017 16:26

World peace. And a white Christmas!

Emabby · 06/12/2017 16:26

It would have to be things for my son he has muscular dystrophy and things he can be capable of using have such high price tag would be lovely to spoil him as he's such a ray of sunshine

missSonic · 06/12/2017 16:28

I'd actually love to be abroad somewhere hot and sunny, without all the excess and expense of Christmas in England!

maryhill80 · 06/12/2017 17:02

I wish my mum had made it to xmas but unfortunately not! So instead i’ll make her the proudest mum and gran ever and make her own wish come true. That was for all her children to be together and have a Merry Christmas with the kids and make every moment countband to Make memories be jolly, kiss under the holly, dance with niece molly and share the memorialised memories we all had with her.

LittleHo · 06/12/2017 18:19

Snow, a down coat to wear in the cold and 'Peace'.

NoFucksImAQueen · 06/12/2017 19:18

I wish for a £300 love2shop vouched 😂

carz1985 · 06/12/2017 19:29

At the minute I'd love a car as my husband had an accident last week thankfully he's OK but car we don't think will be, waiting for insurance to let us know what's going on. so at minute we wont be able to go and visit my husbands family over Christmas as we have no transport. Kids are rather upset but we will sort something

bella165 · 06/12/2017 19:54

A life times supply of chocolate

CombineBananaFister · 06/12/2017 20:14

I'd wish for a treat (icecream van? chocolate fountain?) for the whole of my sons class at school (x30 eight year olds) as they have made a difficult time for him so much easier. He has a longterm illness that is now more under control but it prevented him doing many things this past year, required lots of hospital treatment and missing school. They took time to make him feel included, valued and supported him in his recovery. They also stood up for him against children from older years who name called him due to his appearance Sad so they got bored and stopped. Such an amazing group of kind and compassionate small humans Grin

tinatwo1961a · 06/12/2017 20:50

I really wish my family would stop holding a grudge, my grandkids have only got one great grandmother and she and my sister haave nothing to do with them even though they live 4 miles away

Bridie44 · 06/12/2017 21:21

I'd love to be able to find a job so that next Christmas will be happier x

Ivegotnothing · 06/12/2017 22:22

I would wish for every person to receive a present, not just the children, but anyone who struggles, or has no family to buy for them. For myself I wish my family lived closer so I could see them...and for my dog I wish for 6 feet of snow because she loves the stuff!

emmmaaa26 · 06/12/2017 22:33

Merry Christmas everyone! I wish for a happy christmas with no tears.
