Luvabella would love to hear how your baby, toddler or pre schooler surprised you with their love for you! We all know this age can be tricky with sleepless nights, the "terrible twos", but that small people are also amazing at surprising you with a display of pure love. How does your LO surprise you with love - is it when you’re feeling low and they know just what to say, when they crack the biggest smile just for you, when they go to nursery and plant a big kiss on your cheek to say goodbye or when a special picture is created which you have to display on the fridge?

The team at Luvabella say “Discover so many real baby surprises with Luvabella! From the moment she opens her eyes and giggles, Luvabella will amaze you with her true-to-life facial expressions and personality! She moves, talks and plays just like a real baby. Through touch and play she affectionately responds to your love. Cover her eyes for a game of peek-a-boo, tickle her tummy and toes to make her giggle, or place a hand on her chest to gently listen to her heartbeat. You can even hold her feet to hear her say “mumma” and begin to babble! The more you play with her, the more she’ll talk. Her babble will transform into over 100 clear words and phrases! Caring for Luvabella is fun with her four interactive accessories! Use her spoon to feed her and she’ll chew with delight! If she’s not full, she may ask you for more. After her meal, help Luvabella learn new animal names and sounds with her Lamby toy! If she gets fussy, all she needs is her soother. When it’s time to go to bed after a big day of play, lull her to sleep with her bottle. Get to know all of Luvabella’s real baby surprises! 4 x C batteries required (not included). For ages 4 years and over.”

Add your comment to this thread and you will be entered into a prize draw where TWO winners will get - not only a £150 Argos voucher but also their very own Luvabella doll (a blond one) - worth £100.

Thanks and good luck

My little one loves to play with my ear lobe when she's sucking her thumb and having cuddle time.

Persephone31 · 02/11/2017 14:44

My son told my DH "Where is Mummy? I miss her, she's my best friend"!

FlowerTink · 02/11/2017 15:36

DD has a severe speech delay, and has recently learnt to say "Love you too!!!" (it comes out like "Wuv ooo toooo" !) the fact that it's taken a long time for her to get there makes it even more wonderful to hear it!

Teatowelfairy · 02/11/2017 15:58

DD tells me she loves me because I'm a beautiful princess, which makes me feel a warm glow inside, especially since the majority of the time I'm glamorously covered in baby puke, and smeared in food I hope it's food.

MoanerChopsis · 02/11/2017 16:33

My DD used to like showing her love for my by toddling into the bedroom and gazing at me devotedly from a distance of about 1cm away from my face. That always gave me quite the surprise on waking, oh yes indeedy Shock

It was cute but I never got used to it, always woke up with a startle!

My little girl has just started school and I was quite anxious about how she would settle in. She loves school and we're all so happy about that. I recently went in to school to see what she had been up to in her first half term and was met with a piece of work she had been doing with her teacher talking about how much she loves her Mummy and how she hopes I'm not sad without her at home. It was so lovely.

rachelmi · 02/11/2017 17:42

A sweet smile and a cute hug

jandoc · 02/11/2017 19:20

it's the lovely little unexpected smiles and hugs

Marble2302 · 02/11/2017 19:34

I am a single Mum and my daughter has been singing a song to me since she was about 2 it goes 'me and my Mummy we are best friends forever' Smile

phillie1 · 02/11/2017 19:37

When she tells me I look beautiful, no matter how tired and awful I actually look

dannydog1 · 02/11/2017 20:08

Running up to me at random moments for a cuddle during the day.

y0ungMum · 02/11/2017 20:11

My nearly 3 year old gives me, what she calls it "the biggest squish I've ever given anyone" and squeezes me so tight.
She also gets super excited when I pick her up from nursery every day and she realises it's her mummy and squeals in pure joy.
I also recently lost a baby that she was so excited for and she showed me her love by saying, in the most sensitive voice I've ever heard "don't worry mummy, I'll make you happy and give you kisses everyday until we can have another baby, you can play with my dolly if you'd like"
She frequently tells me she loves me so much that she'll allow me to empty the poo from her potty but not sure if that's so cute LOL
I could list a 1001 things but I've tried to keep it short lol. Xx

Duckswaddle · 02/11/2017 20:17

Me and my 3 year old daughter have the cutest/silliest exchange at random times:

Her: I love you mom
Me: I love you too, you're my best girl
Her: You're my best lady

Makes me smile every time. She also gives the best hugs.

lotte321 · 02/11/2017 20:26

When my granddad passed away a couple of years ago, my LO who was 2 at the time, climbed into bed with me and fell asleep with her arms wrapped around me. She wouldn't have know what had happened, but must've sensed something. Will never forget that hug.

Maiyakat · 02/11/2017 21:31

After I bashed my head DD came over to rub it better and then got me a teddy to cuddle Smile

Mammatron · 02/11/2017 21:37

My 18 months DS has just learnt to say 'cuggle' (aka cuddle!). He now runs up to me several times a day asking for a 'cuggle'. Everyone else has to ask him for a cuddle! 😍

MakeTeaNotWar · 02/11/2017 21:53

My DS - who’s now 5 - is a very loving boy who makes me feel adored. Since he was a toddler, if he could see I was rushing round, bed either make me a pretend cup of tea or he’d start brushing my hair!

Marie1276 · 03/11/2017 03:07

DD2 told me yesterday at bedtime that she was missing me a lot at school but then she closed her eyes very tightly to think about me very hard and this way she was able to feel me next to her and she was happy after that.
Also every morning when she left for school she always shouts this out loud for me when i'd watched her by the window : "I love you my beautiful mum, take care and see you later ".
And every afternoon after school, just when she got into the house she always shouts out loudly : " My Queen am home !!! My darling mum am home !!!! ".
She would continue on until she sees me and would hug me tight with plenty of kisses all over my face.We have a special and very strong bond together and am very
lucky to have her in my life 😊😊😊

churchilllounge · 03/11/2017 05:14

When I was I’ll once my toddler sat and held my hand and kept saying ‘shush shudh’. If I didn’t feel so rotten it would have been lovely,

purplepandas · 03/11/2017 05:22

Another one who wants to marry me and live with me forever.

kateandme · 03/11/2017 11:05

the way she takes my hand.its not just putting her hand in mine she slip in in enfolding and takeing out every badness ive in my mind and that warm or cold little holder seems to radiat so much love.
the same when she slip herself into a hug or on lap for snuggles.its a folding in.a fit like a jigsaw that just says.all Is actually ok now...

JudgeRulesNutterButter · 03/11/2017 11:06

My DD (4) always used to pull quite heavily on my arm when we were walking holding hands. I'd tried to get her not to with no success. Then I sprained my shoulder and the next day we got about halfway to school when she announced "I'm not pulling Mummy because I don't want to hurt your poorly shoulder." I was really touched Smile it felt like her first "original" kind act as opposed to something we'd modelled or taught her to do.

Carouselfish · 03/11/2017 13:30

Cuddling in bed, my two year old said 'can I stay here for ever?'.

maisiesnan · 03/11/2017 13:37

The most recent time when my heart was so full of love was my granddaughter who's 7 asked if she can sleep at my flat on Christmas eve.I asked her why she didn't want to be at home she said she didn't want me to be alone when Father Christmas comes.

Belmo · 03/11/2017 13:42

My 18 month old woke me up the other day saying 'ludoo ludoo' (love you). Proper heart melting!
