Luvabella would love to hear how your baby, toddler or pre schooler surprised you with their love for you! We all know this age can be tricky with sleepless nights, the "terrible twos", but that small people are also amazing at surprising you with a display of pure love. How does your LO surprise you with love - is it when you’re feeling low and they know just what to say, when they crack the biggest smile just for you, when they go to nursery and plant a big kiss on your cheek to say goodbye or when a special picture is created which you have to display on the fridge?

The team at Luvabella say “Discover so many real baby surprises with Luvabella! From the moment she opens her eyes and giggles, Luvabella will amaze you with her true-to-life facial expressions and personality! She moves, talks and plays just like a real baby. Through touch and play she affectionately responds to your love. Cover her eyes for a game of peek-a-boo, tickle her tummy and toes to make her giggle, or place a hand on her chest to gently listen to her heartbeat. You can even hold her feet to hear her say “mumma” and begin to babble! The more you play with her, the more she’ll talk. Her babble will transform into over 100 clear words and phrases! Caring for Luvabella is fun with her four interactive accessories! Use her spoon to feed her and she’ll chew with delight! If she’s not full, she may ask you for more. After her meal, help Luvabella learn new animal names and sounds with her Lamby toy! If she gets fussy, all she needs is her soother. When it’s time to go to bed after a big day of play, lull her to sleep with her bottle. Get to know all of Luvabella’s real baby surprises! 4 x C batteries required (not included). For ages 4 years and over.”

Add your comment to this thread and you will be entered into a prize draw where TWO winners will get - not only a £150 Argos voucher but also their very own Luvabella doll (a blond one) - worth £100.

Thanks and good luck

My noah randomly comes up to me and Says YOUR beautiful mum! and it can be when i feel i look the worst! lol

amyhalliday1 · 31/10/2017 13:21

When they make me a cup of tea unexpectedly x

hiddenmichelle · 31/10/2017 13:22

Usually at bedtime - he calls me back loads just to tell me that he loves me and to ask for another cuddle (and he is 11!)

GhostlyKiwi · 31/10/2017 13:29

My 3 year old is just learning how to tell jokes. This is her best ever:

Knock Knock.

  • Who's there?
Daddy.
  • Daddy who?
Daddy, I love you.

Totally unprompted. Made me sniffle, and DH was totally delighted.

andywedge · 31/10/2017 13:29

When he first gently reached out and caressed my cheek

DinosaurSex · 31/10/2017 13:33

My nearly three year old came and gave me a cuddle the other day completely unprompted on the couch. This sounds like nothing but he’s undergoing diagnosis for ASD and is very set in his ways and normally only daddy gets cuddles unless Im the only one there. I nearly cried, but I know he loves me by the fact he likes me playing his games with him or how he looks at me for praise when he’s done something good - the beam I get afterwards shows me he loves me.

Ganne1 · 31/10/2017 13:34

Just their love and cuteness ... but it doesn't last for long!

bubbleybooboo · 31/10/2017 13:38

When my little girl senses something is up she leaves me little notes which i find throughout the day as im cleaning. In her bed, on the bathroom mirror, in the cutlery drawer. They can be found all over. They really make me smile.

Narnianescape · 31/10/2017 13:44

foxessocks · 31/10/2017 13:53

My dd always tells me I'm lovely, the best mum in the whole wide world, compliments me on my clothes , tells me she loves me. There's nothing like it!

shellywkd · 31/10/2017 13:55

My daughter likes to jump on me and laugh uncontrollably. You cannot help but laugh along as it is infectious. She is always smiling and singing and makes me smile everyday.

glennamy · 31/10/2017 13:55

Making up bedtime stories for DD and then getting a long cuddle after fits of giggles with a love you!

sunshinewey · 31/10/2017 14:00

Making me a daisy chain and running indoors to give it to me because I had been feeling sad ! Ahwwww......

mooota1514 · 31/10/2017 14:11

My Dd squeezes me in a vice like grip and tells me she wuvs me and that I’m her best friend along with kisses to the arm, elbow, forehead before a smacker on the lips!!

mollymoo818 · 31/10/2017 14:11

Both my kids have always just had an innate ability to be able to pick up when I am feeling down or stressed and I think I am doing a great job of hiding it. I always know they are trying to make me feel better because they will come and climb onto my knee and just give me hugs which no matter how bad that I am feeling it always makes everything seem better.

ChocolateChipMuffin2016 · 31/10/2017 14:26

My little one is only 11 months, but he's just started toddling. He's so busy running about but every so often he just runs over and throws himself into my arms for a cuddle (or cuddly as I call them). This is my most favourite thing as they're instigated by him.

ArnoldJRimmer · 31/10/2017 14:29

Every day when I collect my 3 year old from nursery, she comes running out with a huge smile and leaps up into my arms for the biggest cuddle. Her twin sadly passed away at birth and whenever I’m having a moment she’ll wipe my face and say “mummy don’t be sad” and give me a hug. I feel like the luckiest mum in the world sometimes, she’s so lovely and caring Smile

ErinSophia · 31/10/2017 14:45

My daughter phones me on my husband's phone and says 'guess what mummy, I love you the biggest' melts my heart every time.

pinkjjf27 · 31/10/2017 14:47

all my kids are affectionate and loving but the youngest is very spontaneous. I was shopping last week and feeling stressed my little girl (3) suddenly l said mummy you are the most beautiful mummy in here and i love you very much there was no motive just pure love,

sophiefx · 31/10/2017 14:57

My 4 month old daughter loves cuddles. All she has to do is give me her cheeky smile and I can't help but smile! She's my whole world :-)

janeyf1 · 31/10/2017 14:58

She is very defensive for me - if a friend or neighbour says a negative comment about my appearance, even though it is joky, my little one will leap to my defence and say - my mum isn't fat or my mum isn't old. Touching.

cozza777 · 31/10/2017 15:01

My son leaves me little post it notes with I love you mummy on them :)

lovewatchingrainfall · 31/10/2017 15:04

When my daughter was 3 she had to have another major operation. Carrying her down to the theatre she held me extra tight and said it’s okay to be scared Mummy but don’t be because I love you and have some Chocolate and I will see you after my nap. And kissed me, while I tried not to cry.

CMOTDibbler · 31/10/2017 15:05

My ds has always been very loving, but the thing that really stands out for me was when he was 4 and I was having a lot of stitches removed and he stood cuddling me and rubbing my back while they did it while telling me 'be brave mummy, you are OK'

dul4hw · 31/10/2017 15:11

When my 5 year old told me he had made a picture for me and daddy so we would think of him when we went to work. He doesn't often say affectionate things (he has Aspergers) so when he does it melts my heart.
