Luvabella would love to hear how your baby, toddler or pre schooler surprised you with their love for you! We all know this age can be tricky with sleepless nights, the "terrible twos", but that small people are also amazing at surprising you with a display of pure love. How does your LO surprise you with love - is it when you’re feeling low and they know just what to say, when they crack the biggest smile just for you, when they go to nursery and plant a big kiss on your cheek to say goodbye or when a special picture is created which you have to display on the fridge?

The team at Luvabella say “Discover so many real baby surprises with Luvabella! From the moment she opens her eyes and giggles, Luvabella will amaze you with her true-to-life facial expressions and personality! She moves, talks and plays just like a real baby. Through touch and play she affectionately responds to your love. Cover her eyes for a game of peek-a-boo, tickle her tummy and toes to make her giggle, or place a hand on her chest to gently listen to her heartbeat. You can even hold her feet to hear her say “mumma” and begin to babble! The more you play with her, the more she’ll talk. Her babble will transform into over 100 clear words and phrases! Caring for Luvabella is fun with her four interactive accessories! Use her spoon to feed her and she’ll chew with delight! If she’s not full, she may ask you for more. After her meal, help Luvabella learn new animal names and sounds with her Lamby toy! If she gets fussy, all she needs is her soother. When it’s time to go to bed after a big day of play, lull her to sleep with her bottle. Get to know all of Luvabella’s real baby surprises! 4 x C batteries required (not included). For ages 4 years and over.”

Add your comment to this thread and you will be entered into a prize draw where TWO winners will get - not only a £150 Argos voucher but also their very own Luvabella doll (a blond one) - worth £100.

Thanks and good luck

I remember my one year old accidentally poking me in the eye with the sharp end of a plastic dinosaur, then bursting into inconsolable tears at the thought of having hurt me. I remeber sitting there trying to reassure her to calm her down whilst clutching my eye and wondering if I'd ever see again

superdad1864 · 31/10/2017 15:22

My daughter comes up to me with her favourite stuffed toy and the 'three' of us hug

meepmoop79 · 31/10/2017 15:22

Usually when i'm either walking out of the door to work, or coming back in from work, I'll be greeted with hugs and kisses.
Makes it all worth it.

rennie1811 · 31/10/2017 15:23

Has to be the kisses and cuddles. She wakes up and comes in to wake me up each morning with kisses all over my face.

chewiecat · 31/10/2017 15:33

My DS has just started giving us hugs, it's so sweet and I love them 😍

allthingsred · 31/10/2017 15:38

I was recently at a funeral. My dd was sat next to me. When seeing i was upset climbed on my lap & wiped my tears away before giving me a huge hug.
It was a moment of pure love & beauty in the middle of such an horrendous day.

tia3456 · 31/10/2017 15:39

Quite simply my daughter just saying I love you mummy!

Mehfruittea · 31/10/2017 15:44

My DS will normally say ‘love you’ back to me when I say it first. Every so often, he will hug me for no reason and just say it spontaneously! It’s just the best, melt your heart moment!! Pure love.

lizd31 · 31/10/2017 15:50

My great niece is always just coming up to me & giving me the biggest hug & saying 'We're best friends, aren't we?, I love you so much!' Makes my heart melt

MiddleClassProblem · 31/10/2017 15:52

Brexit results day... I was/am a remainer and feeling shocked day wuietly on the sofa and my daughter called me mama for the first time.

strawberrypenguin · 31/10/2017 15:52

DS1 regularly writes me notes telling me he loves me. And DS2 gives me the biggest grin when he gets home from Nursery (picked up by his dad) and always wants a hug.

LeeR1985 · 31/10/2017 16:10

Usually when I'm sitting on the couch half asleep or doing stuff, my little one will just randomly come up to me and give me a massive hug. I love it

glenka · 31/10/2017 16:10

They always keep some sweets for me if they know I like them.

israrbaig · 31/10/2017 16:11

cabes30 · 31/10/2017 16:14

My son is 16 months and will come up to me take his dummy out and give me a big sloppy kiss on the lips!
My daughter who is 4 will just randomly say I love you to me which melts my heart Smile

TheBrilloPad · 31/10/2017 16:18

I told my 2yr old I loved her to the moon and back. She thought really really hard and said "well I love you to the SHOPS and back!"

The shops are really far to her, so that's a lot 😂

FoofFighter · 31/10/2017 16:18

We always tell each other I love you when going to bed. We have a bit of a competition going on in the style of the book Guess How Much I Love You?

Dc (4) best one so far is "I love you full ups!"

Which is pretty hard to beat :)

Have to say though if we win I shall donate the doll to the local Xmas gift collection, as they freak me out somewhat!! Wink

frances93 · 31/10/2017 16:39

My 1 month old staring at me with her big blue eyes, she is my world and makes any dull day brighter! She has just started smiling and it melts my heart, there is no better feeling.

SideOrderofSprouts · 31/10/2017 16:43

My two year old gives me cuddles and kisses

ButterflyOfFreedom · 31/10/2017 17:00

When I'm feeling poorly or just a bit under the weather my DD (2) will come and give me a bug hug, a kiss and tell me 'it'll be alright mummy'.
DS (4) spontaneously tells me he loves me which melts my heart!

maryandbuzz1 · 31/10/2017 17:01

My son is quite sensitive to my moods....and will quietly slip his hand into mine when I’m least expecting it. He loved nursery but always tugged at our heartstrings when we left him as he would wave and call through the letterbox!

EllieQ · 31/10/2017 17:02

My two-year-old is an independent child and very rarely wants hugs. She surprised me at the weekend by hugging me spontaneously when the tower I had built from megablox fell over, while hers stay upright! Possibly because she was the one who pushed it over Grin but it was nice to get that bit of sympathy.

earnshaw47 · 31/10/2017 17:05

my little ones used to simply cuddle up to me on the settee, such a simple thing but so special

renas · 31/10/2017 17:07

My son use to keep ss my arm all the time and tell me I'm as fresh as a peach!
