Luvabella would love to hear how your baby, toddler or pre schooler surprised you with their love for you! We all know this age can be tricky with sleepless nights, the "terrible twos", but that small people are also amazing at surprising you with a display of pure love. How does your LO surprise you with love - is it when you’re feeling low and they know just what to say, when they crack the biggest smile just for you, when they go to nursery and plant a big kiss on your cheek to say goodbye or when a special picture is created which you have to display on the fridge?

The team at Luvabella say “Discover so many real baby surprises with Luvabella! From the moment she opens her eyes and giggles, Luvabella will amaze you with her true-to-life facial expressions and personality! She moves, talks and plays just like a real baby. Through touch and play she affectionately responds to your love. Cover her eyes for a game of peek-a-boo, tickle her tummy and toes to make her giggle, or place a hand on her chest to gently listen to her heartbeat. You can even hold her feet to hear her say “mumma” and begin to babble! The more you play with her, the more she’ll talk. Her babble will transform into over 100 clear words and phrases! Caring for Luvabella is fun with her four interactive accessories! Use her spoon to feed her and she’ll chew with delight! If she’s not full, she may ask you for more. After her meal, help Luvabella learn new animal names and sounds with her Lamby toy! If she gets fussy, all she needs is her soother. When it’s time to go to bed after a big day of play, lull her to sleep with her bottle. Get to know all of Luvabella’s real baby surprises! 4 x C batteries required (not included). For ages 4 years and over.”

Add your comment to this thread and you will be entered into a prize draw where TWO winners will get - not only a £150 Argos voucher but also their very own Luvabella doll (a blond one) - worth £100.

Thanks and good luck

Ds2 (a twin), as a teeny toddler. I was putting him to bed after a particularly tough day with his and his sister, turned to me for a kiss and a cuddle. Told me he loved me and then said “I think I’ll keep you mummy”. My heart melted in that moment.

hollowtree · 12/11/2017 22:50

@NSEA I actually welled up at your amazing post! My DD is only 9 weeks so I'm not really entering I just wanted to read other people's answers.

Wellandtrulyoutnumbered · 13/11/2017 05:59

It's the way they cuddle in and model what you have done to them when comforting them. I was sad the other day. Daughter rubbed and patted my back as she cuddled me and kissed my forehead!

NSEA · 13/11/2017 07:57

Ah, thank you @hollowtree.

onemorecakeplease · 13/11/2017 11:21

Dd tells me she loves me so much and that she never wants to leave me.

Apparently when she is married and has her own babies they are all going to live here still.

She’s not sure what her husband will think of that but it doesn’t matter as “she hasn’t met him yet”!!

SuzCG · 13/11/2017 13:38

When they tell me they love me - even after I've shouted at them and had a bit of Mummy Madness...

babyann · 13/11/2017 17:02

always lots of love in this house but this morning for example was a difficult morning, I get to nursery and check my youngests folder for anything to take home and there was some work they'd done on Friday on the topic 'Guess how much I love you' and she's told her nursery lady to write that mummy and daddy love me THIS much - with outstretched arms - really made me smile

Lasplin84 · 13/11/2017 18:24

I love it when my toddler is excited to see me when i get home from work and runs to the door with a big hug and kiss!

laurapotz · 13/11/2017 19:51

My DD grabs me by the head and plants kisses all over my face - I love it!

PorridgeAgainAbney · 13/11/2017 19:58

DS is getting old enough to give me really powerful hugs, I love being squeezed by him. He'll also almost literally knock me off my feet when he decides to surprise me with a cuddle; very lovely but once it resulted in two days off work with a bad back Grin.

RHOLST40 · 14/11/2017 00:12

I got ready for a night out and my later talking 2 year old said ‘you cute mummy’!!!! Melted my ❣, you can’t guess I tell him he’s a cutie on a regular basis can you!!!

piggypoo · 14/11/2017 06:51

My DD, 5, will come up to me if she thinks I'm feeling tired, with her "blanky", a precious little scrap of her first baby blanket, and she says,"Mummy, have a feely of Blanky, you'll be happy again soon!", It makes me melt with happiness that she's so caring! :)

Picking a daisy out of the garden, kissing it & then giving it to me. Boootiful ❤

Pinktilgate · 14/11/2017 09:13

My little boy was and is the most affectionate little thing on this earth! He can be a handful, but he knows he can melt my heart when he tells me he loves me! He knows that we've been going through some tough times....like most people, but he just takes my hand, gives it a little squeeze and reminds me how loved I am! The best feeling in the world! xo

grannybiker · 14/11/2017 09:26

Love her spontaneity where she'll suddenly and unexpectedly throw her arms around my neck. Hope she never grows out of it

wef1984 · 14/11/2017 10:06

The big hug he gives me when I pick him up from Nursery.

myboycraig · 14/11/2017 10:27

staceymummyleigh · 14/11/2017 12:55

My two are very loving :) But my Birthday Present this year made my heart melt. They chose me a Plum tree (I don't like plums haha) and they said its so they can watch it grow like our love. We look after it together. They always say before they go to sleep that they love me to the moon and back and my eldest (nearly 7) Still shouts I love you Mummy have a good day as he's going in the school doors, he actually isn't bothered who laughs at him either.

sarahw2 · 14/11/2017 14:13

My son always brings me things he thinks I'll like - usually one of his toys, but it always cheers me up!

singadream · 14/11/2017 14:45

When I kiss ds, 4, when I go to bed and he is fast asleep he smiles in his sleep and visibly relaxes.

SpandexPandas · 14/11/2017 15:01

I suffer bad anxiety Sometime ago when I was angry I started crying because I couldn't get out of the shop quick enough when a panic attack started . so I was rewarded with a cuddle and I love you mammy from my youngest , now when he sees I am stressy you does it automatically, he's my little stress reliever
