Christmas morning is a time full of excitement and anticipation; especially for children excited about the gifts they’ve been left, but also for parents eager to see their children enjoy them. Mega Bloks would like you to tell them about your feelings once you’re watching your children play with their new toys on Christmas Day.

So, whether you usually feel completely captivated by your children’s happiness or you’re just glad that the shopping for the day is finally over with for another year, share your feelings below.

Here’s what Mega Bloks has to say: “Every parent wants what's best for their children: they want to build them up. And so does Mega Bloks.
Mega Bloks inspires little builders from as young as 12 months to discover, learn and have fun. It does this through endless construction play which encourages children to experiment with colours, letters, numbers, patterns and more."

All those who post a comment below sharing their feelings when watching their children play with their gifts on Christmas Day will be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £300 ToysRUs voucher.

My kids are quite young but I love seeing them playing with all of their toys.

It does stress me out when the whole floor is covered in toys and when similar toys get mixed up out of their boxes! Then I forget it it all and clean up at the end of the day!

MrsDramaQueen · 18/12/2016 22:45

I get a combination of feelings. I feel pride, because I have worked hard to get the kids the presents and it feels good to know that they are happy with them. I'm also excited to see them playing with them and enjoying the gifts. I also feel a little emotional to see them so excited and happy. Christmas with children feels magical.

Guilt mainly because even when I was my son's age, there were always more needy people than me. Excited to hear what he has and how he behaves.

BT2016 · 18/12/2016 23:12

Excitement and happiness that they are enjoying their new toys. Joy and relief that I have chosen something they seem to like!

I get the feeling of nostalgia, achievement, and happiness

beckyinman · 18/12/2016 23:32

My initial feeling is joy, but after 10 minutes wishing the batteries in the noisiest ones run out quickly!

KittyKat88 · 18/12/2016 23:33

I like to give a good balance of presents - just one main toy my DDs have put on their Christmas lists, along with lots of books (both fictional and educational) plus some craft items or colouring books. I love seeing them open their presents as their pleasure makes me feel very happy.

I love watching my daughter play with her new toys at Christmas. I love the fact that she wishes so hard for what she wants then when she receives them she is so excited!

The feeling is overwhelming. I only buy the toys/gifts they want on special occasions. This year is going to be awesome when my 6yr old sees she has got pie face 😊😊

I love the satisfaction of seeing them open something they've asked for - but also the excitement of a successful surprise

bubbleybooboo · 19/12/2016 11:18

I feel nervous. The wait to see if they like what we have chosen/got the right thing is a weird feeling but when i realise they love it anyway i feel pure joy
