Fairy Non Bio is sponsoring the Mumsnet Talk App and wants to hear about the moments when you’ve seen the baby in your bigger kids. Maybe they’re 10 and still suck their thumb, or your teenagers tantrum like they’re toddlers? Do your kids refuse to cuddle you in front of their friends but need a hug in the night when they’ve had a bad dream? Perhaps they cry when they’re tired or want to cuddle up with their favourite blanket in front of the TV?

Here’s what Fairy Non Bio has to say “Fairy Non Bio is good for anyone who wants a softer, more sensitive wash (that still leaves clothes clean!). Its gentle formula promises to be kind to both your clothes and your skin. Fairy Non Bio believes in the power of softness, and the strength that comes with showing your softer side.”

So, to celebrate the Fairy Non Bio sponsorship of the Mumsnet Talk App, they’d like you share the moments when you’ve seen the baby in your bigger kids. If you avidly check out Mumsnet's talk boards, you should download the app for yourself. It's free, and allows you to be part of the conversation wherever you are!

All those who post below will be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £300 Love2Shop voucher.

Thanks and good luck!

When they are ill they love to sleep in my arms. They never sleep with me when they are well but a little temp and they snuggle away. Although I hate them being ill I do love the cuddles.

When my 6 and 4 year old don't want to go to bed Daddy scoops them up in a cradle hold and pretends they are a baby whilst singing "rock-a-bye baby"' and just before the bit where the bough breaks and baby falls he holds them in suspense above their bed, pauses, then drops them in! They squeal with delight every time!

My DS (10) has a fabulous sense of humour and has enjoyed the political debates and finding out about the why and wherefores of the world. He won't go to bed without his rabbit, who he has had since he was 3. He has no face left and the stuffing is falling out of him but at night he snuggles down and uses the tag to stroke his face. He looks so adorable and small but he's growing up so fast. I'll be sad when he no longer needs his rabbit.

My 4 year old daughter has been poorly the last week and every night she's fallen asleep in my arms while I've been cuddling her. Definitely makes me remember her being a newborn and all the cuddles we used to have together .... but not as heavy!

RhodaBull · 17/11/2016 13:53

When my 16-year-old ds with his first pay packet bought a cuddly robot and next morning I found it tucked up in bed alongside all his old favourites. (He's not that weird - honest!)

daisyduke66 · 17/11/2016 22:34

Definitely at Christmas time when my teenagers revert to their inner child demonstrating the wonderful excitement on Christmas Eve that they had when they were tiny, waiting for Santa to arrive! We still have those wonderful moments cuddling up watching Christmas movies together.

PurpleCrazyHorse · 18/11/2016 07:06

When our 7yo falls over we have to do a big kiss with raspberry on the hurt body part. If it's feet, we have to proclaim how stinky they are too! She's not so keen in public though Grin

NerrSnerr · 18/11/2016 10:41

My 2 year old loves playing with her baby dolls and then pretending to be a baby herself and ask for cuddles. She calls herself baby 'Nerr junior' and wants to be rocked.

welshmardymum · 18/11/2016 11:51

My eldest who is 9 still needs to have a blue blanket in bed with her at night - all talk of maybe not having it anymore is greeted with uncomprehending horror! she is going on a overnighter school trip soon - trying to explain how taking that might cause problems is not working!!

kierie · 18/11/2016 19:26

When my 5 yo sees the baby having mummy cuddles and slowly slides over to have some of his own! Although, he's say he doesn't need them

Andbabymakesthree · 18/11/2016 21:30

My son has been bereaved twice in six months. His vulnerability and reaction was so hard to bear. It made me realise how little he still is despite his attempts to be a big boy!

imustbemadme · 18/11/2016 21:36

Don't tell her I told you but my 17yr old still has her Fizz from the Tweenies with her at college and brings her home at weekends too...shhhhh.

My eldest 'baby' is 25, and has tantrums more than her young siblings! She is also a proper mummy's girl (and I hope that never changes).

cheryl100 · 19/11/2016 13:07

My 10 year old DS gets jealous when I cuddle other children like my nieces! Must be because he is an only child :/

AlwaysLookOnBrightsideOfLife · 19/11/2016 18:46

At 12, climbing in to bed and rearranging the copious amounts of stuffed cuddly toys, making sure they're all comfortable, talking to them each by name and deciding who to cuddle that night. 😍

nemno · 19/11/2016 19:21

When my eldest was 17 and his girlfriend finished with him; he held out his arms to me and sobbed his heart out.

marymanc · 19/11/2016 22:18

Sometimes when my children cry or want a cuddle my memories of when they were babies come to mind.

IonaAilidh11 · 20/11/2016 11:35

when they are ill and want cuddles on the sofa

SuzCG · 20/11/2016 12:05

My 10 year old son still cannot sleep without his trusty Pooh Bear - the one he's slept with since he was a baby, that went everywhere with him.

My 7 year old daughter when she's tired calls me Mama not Mum.

Both sweet in their own little ways!

Smellophant87 · 20/11/2016 17:00

My nearly 3 year old is increasingly independent but still loves a cuddle - these moments take me right back to when he was tiny!

squeezed · 20/11/2016 18:37

My 3 year old lies down next to her little sister and pretends to be a baby. They look so similar that it's scary.

Cannaeshoveyergranny · 20/11/2016 18:49

When we were getting rid of some old toys, my 7 year old said he wanted to throw out his baby boy doll which had been ignored for a couple of years. But when it came to physically putting it in the skip at the dump, he just stood there holding the doll and my husband spotted tears in his eyes. My husband cried, I cried and baby boy doll came home and is now safely tucked away at the back of his wardrobe.Smile

BananaDaiquiri · 20/11/2016 18:50

When they get out of the bath thy both want to be wrapped up in a towel and "carried like a baby" to put their PJs on.

SaladDressing · 20/11/2016 19:33

DS is 8 and I see the baby in him when he is really tired and falls asleep on his back with his arms flung above his head and legs outstretched. It always makes me smile and reminds me of how he used to sleeps in his Moses basket.
