Fairy Non Bio is sponsoring the Mumsnet Talk App and wants to hear about the moments when you’ve seen the baby in your bigger kids. Maybe they’re 10 and still suck their thumb, or your teenagers tantrum like they’re toddlers? Do your kids refuse to cuddle you in front of their friends but need a hug in the night when they’ve had a bad dream? Perhaps they cry when they’re tired or want to cuddle up with their favourite blanket in front of the TV?

Here’s what Fairy Non Bio has to say “Fairy Non Bio is good for anyone who wants a softer, more sensitive wash (that still leaves clothes clean!). Its gentle formula promises to be kind to both your clothes and your skin. Fairy Non Bio believes in the power of softness, and the strength that comes with showing your softer side.”

So, to celebrate the Fairy Non Bio sponsorship of the Mumsnet Talk App, they’d like you share the moments when you’ve seen the baby in your bigger kids. If you avidly check out Mumsnet's talk boards, you should download the app for yourself. It's free, and allows you to be part of the conversation wherever you are!

All those who post below will be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £300 Love2Shop voucher.

Thanks and good luck!

Like pp have said, when mine are poorly they remind me of being babies again. I had to give my son about 10 soft toys that he usually ignores and lots of extra cuddles.
He also came into bed with us at night and I thought this is possibly the last time he will ever do this. Ah!

shydaylily · 10/11/2016 10:56

When they are poorly they want lots of hugs and lots of my time and enjoy story time again.

thesockgap · 10/11/2016 11:48

My 16 year old is the worst for having tantrums, far worse than his younger siblings! He has been known to stamp his feet, cry and practically throw himself on the floor when things don't go his way!

littlemonkeyz · 10/11/2016 11:55

My little boy is 5 and still asks for a cuddle and kiss when he lines up for school. I hope he never gets too old for a cuddle from 'mum'

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 10/11/2016 11:58

My 3 year old son climbed into his brother's high chair. It took some time to get him out. Grin

becky004 · 10/11/2016 12:01

Whenever OH is working late or if DS is under the weather he asks if we can go to bed early and watch TV while I tickle his back as I did when he was a baby.

sallyhartley · 10/11/2016 12:10

My 18year old son started his first job in October. 4 x 12 hour shifts. When he got home after the first day, he went to his room and put pyjamas on and comfy slippers ( which he'd never bother to wear before) I could see the baby in him again for the first time in many years

When one of my DD's feels ill, she still likes to curl up on the sofa with the blanket she's had since she was a baby and watch TV with me making her soup and she's just finished uni!

jacqui5366 · 10/11/2016 12:43

definitely at christmas when they they want everything this same each year, (even though they are now non believers) santa sacks still out, christmas jumpers on , frosties for supper - just like they did when they were wee small. The magic does continue.........

fifimummy · 10/11/2016 12:52

Gracie, who is now 8.5 still likes to sit really close when we are watching a film, & twiddle the ends of my hair, exactly like she did as a baby (although slightly more annoying now :P )

glennamy · 10/11/2016 14:21

Numerous times for DD, getting into our bed at night, when she is upset her mouth is exactly as it was was she was a year old baby... she twirls her hair around her finger when she is being comforted... The look on her face when a temper tantrum is going to start, hands on hips etc I could go on! :)

RACHELSMITH45 · 10/11/2016 14:32

When my kids are poorly, they definitely need their mum again!! Whether it's making them drinks, soup, bringing them magazines etc.. I don't like them being poorly but the fact they need me more is actually quite nice sometimes!!

Astro86 · 10/11/2016 14:44

My DS is a nipple twiddler. At 5 and a half I thought he'd grown out of it but the other day we were having a cuddle when I suddenly realised his hand had snuck down into my bra and he was twiddling again! As much as it was cute to see the baby in him, at 32 weeks pregnant it was more than a little eye crossingly painful!

topsy73 · 10/11/2016 14:48

Our little boy loves bath time but when he is finished he loves nothing more than being wrapped up in his towel and being cradled by his daddy on his way to being dried....

twinklenicci · 10/11/2016 15:03

my children are aged 3, 16 and 17 and my older two revert back to babies when their ill or when the youngest gets a treat ( eventhough them two get spending money)

IonaAilidh11 · 10/11/2016 15:23

my 10year old son still blows kisses to me when at school dropping him off, love it

mumsbe · 10/11/2016 15:58

When my eight year old has a bad dream and makes an excuse to sleep in my bed. Bless her

Lisapaige24 · 10/11/2016 16:16

When my oldest child calls me mummy still when she's ill or wants something and she's in high school

BeeMyBaby · 10/11/2016 16:18

My 5 & 7 yr old DD's keep jumping into DS cot in the middle of the night if they have bad dreams (DS is cosleeping so not in the cot)

FlukeSkyeRunner · 10/11/2016 16:41

When they are asleep, they still look cute! They're 4 and 6 now.

Sid98 · 10/11/2016 17:01

My daughter when she gets tired wants me to carry her

Ikea1234 · 10/11/2016 17:03

My 13 year old can still sleep for Britain, and just about anywhere...back of the car, on the sofa, living room floor.....and he just looks so peaceful! Shame he's at that age (and size!) where you can't carry him to his own bed anymore!!

devito92 · 10/11/2016 17:30

When my son gets really annoyed he will stomp off and refuse to comeback

Chipscheesentomatosauce · 10/11/2016 17:39

My DS(11) still takes a pink t shirt of mine to bed with him and we have to hunt "her" down if she's not immediately to hand in his bed. Also when I send him to bed and once he's in I get "are you coming to tuck me in nooooow?) shouted down the hall

cluckyhen · 10/11/2016 17:40

Most definitely when they are ill.
