I love mushroom risotto :)

My all time summer Italian dish has to be conchiglie pasta with tuna, olive and caper sauce complete with a nice bottle of white ....lol.

Mine has got to be spaghetti Carbanara, so creamy and a breeze to make! Love italian food its my favorite.

Everyone's said it but antipasti works so well in the summer. It's great for sharing. But I never want to share...

Its got to be pasta pescatore for me. Xxx

I love Quattro Formaggio Pizza which can be cut into slices and eaten with salad and fruit for an easy and nourishing lunch in the garden.

Antipasti, bread salad, Italian breads and really good olive oil and balsamic vinegar. All great washed down by a cold glass of Sicilian wine on a hoy summers day.

Panzanella - yum!

I'm another who just loves antipasti platters, cool white wine and warm breezes.

Chicken carbonara

Bread and oils, mozzarella salad and huge pasta shells filled with pesto or creamy chicken.

Scoglio, seafood risotto is my choice.

Got to be pizza arrabiata.

Salata tricolore with ciabatta bread

Spaghetti alle vongole with a glass of dry white wine in the sun by the sea. Or a rolled up slice of takeaway pizza at night after a few drinks in a Roman square...

Antipasti with good company and a lovely view.

I love Creamy Salmon Tagliatelle. Absolutely perfect in summer.

Crusty bread dipped in olive oil, with fresh tomatoes

Current family favourite is gnocchi with little cooked sausages and spinach baked in a tomato mascarpone sauce with mozzarella on top, so easy and tasty

Love all Italian food, maybe simple bruschetta or panzanella

Risotto Milanese with a sprinkling of Parmesan. Simple but heart warming.

Our family's favourite is orange, fennel and olive salad served with crusty bread.

My favorite is Grilled Eggplant with Parmesan cheese.

Home made Lasagne and salad whatever the season.

Has to be Carbonara for me, love it with some garlic bread and fresh salad too mmmm
