Tomato mozzarella and basil salad
Followed by tiramisu

I absolutely love Mixed Seafood Linguine with Chilli & Cherry Tomatoes.
Had it in Naples years ago and it was just perfect.I always seem to have it when i go out for Italian in the summer months.

Our local Italian restaurant do a fabulous thin escalope of grilled veal with an amazing salad. Perfect for summer!

(But after a healthy salad, don't forget vast quantities of gelato for dessert!!)

I love all Italian food but prefer pasta dishes and salads to pizza dishes

Melanzane alla Parmigiana is my absolute favourite, with crusty bread and a green salad

Italian is one of my faves, for a starter I'd go for a simple but refreshing buffalo mozzerella, beef tomato and basil salad and for main a gnocchi with mushrooms, spinach and parmesan, or if I'm feeling naughty then a florentine pizza

I love a good carbonara.

Spaghetti bolognese you just cant beat it :)

I love a good spicy, meaty Calzone at any time of the year, with a mixed side salad.

I love a mozzarella, tomato and avocado salad. Yummy!

Lemon chicken risotto

Mushroom risotto, with green salad and tomato and mozarella salad. Eaten outdoors with friends, Italian style.

The nicest meal I ever had was at an Italian restaurant....butternut squash and chicken risotto.
I could eat it everyday for the rest of my life.

I love the Curly Spaghetti with smoked salmon & Tenderstem broccoli in a mascarpone, tarragon & lemon sauce

I really like spicy Italian meatballs with spaggetti and a nice glass of wine, lovely. I have tried the new Salmone Limone pasta, and it is very nice. Who can resist a godfather dessert though, heaven in a Italian dish. Now that is my favourite.

when we are busy we like to cook a big lasagne, so it lasts 2 nights, we'll have one with salad and the other with veg.. it always tastes better the second night!
