PizzaExpress is teaming up with Ice Age: Collision Course this summer to provide great family days out. So, we’ve been asked by PizzaExpress to find out what MNers’ and their families’ dream pizzas would be.

So how would you customise your dream pizza? Are you a classic Margherita person or do you have more adventurous tastes? Where do you stand with pineapple on pizza? Are you the kind of person who likes lots of different toppings on one pizza, or do you prefer to keep things simple?

I'd like dinner and pudding combined:

3/4 of the pizza with tomato base, aubergine, mushroom, chicken, peppers and cheese, then 1/4 with peanut butter base and slices of banana.

Thin base with goats cheese, sundried tomatoes and basil....mmmmmm!

A fiorentina pizza, but I like having the egg so that it is dippy. Yum.

My favourite pizza would be bbq base, pepperoni, meatballs, chorizo, onions and chilli. I would also love any pizza with any of the following toppings: goats cheese, feta, caramelised onions, crispy onions, onion bhaji.

Lovely thin stretched out base. Fresh tomato sauce base, mozzarella which has gone bubbly and brown, roasted red peppers, anchovies and a drizzle of persillade sauce.

So hungry for pizza right now!

Love love love proper thin pizza in a wood fired oven. Topped with buffalo mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, basil and sloppy garlic aubergines. Mmmmmmmmm.

Thin crust but not so much it goes crispy. Ham/bacon, black olives, pepperoni, mushrooms lashings of cheese. Oh and of its cooked in a wood burning stove ... Perfect

Cheese and tomato with mushrooms, tarragon, chicken and marscapone.
Or
Cheese and tomato with capers, bacon, olives and globs of mozzarella.
Or a proper 4 cheese pizza (like they do in Germany) with a salty feta corner, blue cheese corner etc. not 3 types of cheddar and mozzarella mixed up!

A woman of simple tastes! I love a pepperoni pizza with added mushrooms ..

I love chilli beef on a pizza with roasted red peppers and roasted red onions.

No tomato sauce (evil stuff). Asparagus, artichokes, mushrooms, pine nuts, loads of cheese.

Forgot the fresh rocket on top, after it's come out of the oven, and some black olives.

Thin base. Has to be.

Then the most perfect pizza I ever had was called a Veg a Roma (from Dominos ) A crème fraîche sauce rather than the usual heavy tomato number. Then onions, garlic and mozzarella. Maybe a couple of sun dried tomatoes.

Simple but pure perfection. I mourn the fact that it was withdrawn from the menu years ago. I would pay well over the odds to be able to taste it again. And not to have to go to Dominos for it...

Thin base margharita, with extra cheese, onion, yellow peppers, spinach, and, yes, pineapple!

Fir a littke bit fifferent I would go for very thin and crispy with mozzarella, pesto and pinenuts. For more traditional I do love a good pepperoni.

Bbq base sauce, hot dog inside crust, onions, mushrooms, meatballs, chicken, crispy bacon pieces, black pudding, lots of cheese.

Asparagus, black olives, artichoke hearts and goat's cheese. Or asparagus, goat's cheese, pesto and pine nuts. Lovely and thin and crispy, with the dough bubbling up a bit from a properly hot pizza oven. You're going to make us these pizzas, right?!

The best pizza ever is a thin and crispy base, not too much uncovered crust, with tomato sauce (highly flavoured with oregano, basil and garlic), grated cheddar (NOT mozarella, which tastes of nothing), black pepper, anchovies, jalapenos, pepperoni, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and green peppers.

Mine would have to be a very thin base, serano & prosciutto ham, sun dried tomatoes, green chillis and garlic, topped with a very strong cheese - maybe a blue one?!

My dream pizza :
Tomato base, fennel, mozzarella , rocket, lemon juice, black pepper .

My favourite is pollo adastra - with added goats cheese!

Prawns, chilli, banana with mozzarella and tomato on a Romano base. Maybe also pineapple.

I also used to love a duck, plum sauce and satay topping pizza before I stopped eating meat.

salmon and avocado. ..my fave things to eat, but not sure how they would work on a pizza. :)
