PizzaExpress is teaming up with Ice Age: Collision Course this summer to provide great family days out. So, we’ve been asked by PizzaExpress to find out what MNers’ and their families’ dream pizzas would be.

So how would you customise your dream pizza? Are you a classic Margherita person or do you have more adventurous tastes? Where do you stand with pineapple on pizza? Are you the kind of person who likes lots of different toppings on one pizza, or do you prefer to keep things simple?

Olives, artichoke hearts, sweet peppers, mascarpone, mozzarella and a bit of Parma ham!

Vegetarian with banana and raisins and mix of cheeses.

Egg, spinach, ham, lots of other vegetables. Glad to see the Giardiniera back but it's changed.

I would have goats cheese, crispy bacon and rocket. Maybe with some little drizzles of onion marmalade or similar to finish it off!

Thin and crispy base, tomato sauce with a few blobs of pesto dotted about on top. Then mozzarella, a variety of mushrooms (chestnut, porcini, etc), olives, roasted peppers and rocket.

I would have a margarita pizza, topped with chopped falafel, red onions, green peppers and a bit of garlic; with polenta chips coming out of my eyeballs...

Cranberry sauce, cream cheese and chicken.

Or apricot sauce, cream cheese and chicken. And maybe pine nuts.

There's a theme here. These flavours are very common back home but it's hard to come by in the UK

Has to be a slightly chilli tomato sauce with crunchy red/green peppers, diced paneer lightly seasoned with cumin/masala, sweet caramelised onions. Served with Greek yogurt, cucumber & mint in middle of pizza yum yum!
Now if that was a real pizza I'd be in heaven :)

I had a chicken fajita pizza the other day that was really good.

My go to comfort pizza is tuna, anchovies & sweetcorn, sometimes with red onion & mixed peppers.

Cauliflower might be nice, carrots, peppers, mushrooms and plenty of cheese. Maybe a cauliflower or similar base too.

I looooove a good deep dish pizza, Chicago style. Filled with loads of pizza sauce, onions, roasted garlic, peppers, spinach, courgette and corn. I'm vegan so I make a cheese-style sauce to put on top. It's delicious!

As a vegeterian my dream pizza would be chesse,with a mixture of red peppers.mushrooms and sweetcorn.Yum

Goat's cheese, tomato sauce, spinach or rocket .. Like a Padana pizza .. In the Pizza Express Italian base. Lovely!

Mozzarella, chicken, spinach, mushrooms on a thin base

Classic Margherita topped with olives, capers and an egg. Delicious!

A thin and crispy base with a cheese stuffed crust - with tomato and hearb sauce, grated cheese, tuna flakes, red onion, red peppers, cherry tomatoes and sweetcorn.

We love pepperoni, pineapple and spicy chicken with extra cheese

Thin, crispy base with marmite, cheddar cheese and black olives. Tomato sauce optional. Yum!

Gluten free base. Tomato sauce laced with basil, garlic, and black pepper. Cajun chicken, red onion, and mushrooms. Mozarella.
