PizzaExpress is teaming up with Ice Age: Collision Course this summer to provide great family days out. So, we’ve been asked by PizzaExpress to find out what MNers’ and their families’ dream pizzas would be.

Tomato free options please! I love variations on the base sauce, like the hawaiian pizza. Or just a bechamel sauce.

Had some lovely pizzas in sicily on a pistachio pesto base. In Italy it seemed a lot easier to get a tomato free pizza

lots of mozzarella, black olives and toquita chilli peppers with a bit of rocket and lots of black pepper.

My dh is a meat man and would say as much meat as possible. I prefer a more Mediterranean feel so goats cheese, olives and rocket for me!

Mine is sweet:

Chocolate pizza dough with dark chocolate base with strawberries on top!!

Gluten free nice crispy base, chunky tomato sauce, Parma ham thick cut and lots of mozzarella.

Nice thin base
Tomato and garlic sauce
Mozzarella
Chicken
Mushrooms
Slow roasted garlic squeezed out of the skin straight on to the pizza

Lots of black pepper

Or

Base and sauce as above topped with sautéed wild mushrooms with garlic and herbs drizzled with a little olive oil

Cheese, spinach, mushrooms, anchovies, black olives, parma ham and egg - yummy mmmmm!

im quite boring but a good old ham and pineapple...not pineapple chutney or sauce...proper pinapple

Ooh mine would be Roquefort, caramelised onion, black olives and sun blush tomatoes drizzled in truffle oil.,

Me: ham, pineapple, sweetcorn

DH: Cream, n'duja sausage, Serrano ham, sautéed garlic mushrooms, buffalo mozzarella, fresh chillies

I am trying to follow a vegan diet so I would like one without cheesy and full of roasted peppers, sundries tomatoes, onion, spinach and mushroom

I'm a bit of a meat feaster....it would be lots and lots of cheese, with chicken, meatballs, bacon, red onion and red peppers.

Ordered this in my local a few weeks ago... Was delish

Pancetta and mushrooms topped with rocket and shaved grana padano, drizzled with garlic oil. Twist on the soho or the rusticella (which used to be my favourite but no longer on the menu)

A marmite base with Monterey Jack cheese!

I love a good Hawaiian, made with thick cut maple bacon, not ham, pineapple, on a thin base, and an anchovy, artichoke, black olive, and caper, with fire roasted sweet red peppers, ultra thin base.

Gorgonzola, pear and rocket.

My son and I are a sucker for a stonebaked sweet chilli sauce with chicken and peppers, with some red onion. My DH is a fan of a stuffed crust with as much meat on it as possible!

Lots of veggies - peppers, gherkins (god I love those!), mozzarella, quorn chorizo or sausages! It would be nice to see a veggie alternative other than vegetables!

Homemade marinara sauce with roasted vegetables blitzed into it, the more veg like sliced peppers/mushrooms/red onion & cut cherry tomatoes with a light grating of cheese. Simple but oh so delicious.

I love vegetables on a pizza especially mushrooms and sweetcorn.

My kids are pepperoni fans - preferably with no veg if they can help it

My hubby loves anchovies and capers.

It's hard to choose pizza topping in our house we all agree on!!

I'd have a red pepper hummus topping with olives both green and black, rocket, goats cheese, toasted pine nuts and sundried tomatoes

All the meat. Pulled pork and roast chicken with some kind of smokey base. And monterey cheese. Ooft.

Mine would be a gluten free thin bendy base - not dry topped with mozzarella, basil, pancetta, garlic, rocket and pine nuts maybe a few scattered Parmesan shavings. 😃😃😃 yum
