PizzaExpress is teaming up with Ice Age: Collision Course this summer to provide great family days out. So, we’ve been asked by PizzaExpress to find out what MNers’ and their families’ dream pizzas would be.

Here’s what PizzaExpress have to say: ‘When it comes to PizzaExpress ingredients, we never compromise. After all, they’re the foundation for our great flavours. The same goes for our commitment to bringing fresh ideas to the table – such as our exciting new take on the Hawaiian Pizza.’

‘Inspired by Peter, our founder’s entrepreneurship and bravery to try new things, we’re always looking for new ways to delight our customers. How do we do that? By listening to them, of course, and bringing their ideas to life with a little creativity.’

So how would you customise your dream pizza? Are you a classic Margherita person or do you have more adventurous tastes? Where do you stand with pineapple on pizza? Are you the kind of person who likes lots of different toppings on one pizza, or do you prefer to keep things simple?

Whatever your favourite recipes are, post below about your dream pizza and you will be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £300 Love2Shop voucher.

Thanks and good luck!

A mid type base. Not too thin.
Extra cheese, pepperoni, mushroom, peppers. Maybe spicy beef thrown in there.

I do love pizza a lot. Especially lots of pepperoni!!

HeffalumpHistory · 10/07/2016 18:49

Oh with a garlic dip & sweet chilli dip Grin

unadulterateddad · 10/07/2016 20:50

Thin crust, topped with Broccoli, baby squid, shell on prawns, other small shellfish - had this in italy and it was spectacular

SandpitDreams · 10/07/2016 20:55

I would love a fancy salady type one: avocado, pine nus, salad leaves (no rocket!) chicken, bacon ..... mmmm, delicious!

Kem99 · 10/07/2016 21:33

Thin base, crisp crust with amazing sauce and really good cheese topped with roasted mushrooms.
I'm hungry now!

hanliying · 10/07/2016 21:46

shrimp and crab meat

Pigeonpea · 10/07/2016 21:47

Gluten free, dairy free for us

Topping: Tomato, sweetcorn, peas, smoked turkey, tuna and baked beans

Eclectic 4 seasons

This is where the Indian in me comes out
My favourite is a thin based (but not so things that you can't pick up a slice)
With tomato sauce, plenty on mozzarella, onions, green chillies, mushrooms and sweetcorn
Personally don't like sweet toppings like pineapple
My mouths watering now Blush

Feta and onion

beckyinman · 10/07/2016 22:19

The best pizza I've ever had was in Rome and just buffalo mozzarella and basil. Incredible!

mrbutt · 10/07/2016 22:26

Spicy chicken, sautéed mushrooms sweetcorn and onions, jalapenos. Topped oregano and a touch of black pepper.

BizziLiz · 10/07/2016 22:32

You know, I'd really like to try some extremely dark chocolate - over 70% so on the verge of being inedible in large quantities - shaved over a salty topping like anchovies and black olives.... perhaps I'll serve some up and see if anyone comments.

01smum · 10/07/2016 23:45

Pineapple and chilli. It was a pregnancy craving which 6 years later is still going strong Smile

Marsis · 11/07/2016 00:42

Thin, thin base. Caramelised onions or leeks. Goats cheese, marscepone. Garlic oil. I can do without meat on pizza and definitely no pineapple.

grumpydwarf · 11/07/2016 00:45

My two perfect pizzas would be either a chorizo, sundried tomato, mozzarella and mushroom pizza or pizza base with tikka Marsala sauce and tikka chicken with sweetcorn.

sadiewoohoo · 11/07/2016 01:03

A fried egg, heaps of pineapples and chives

isamonster · 11/07/2016 01:40

Tuna, red peppers and a runny egg... Total heaven

lolamia91 · 11/07/2016 03:00

MAPLE SYRUP BACON AND GOATS CHEESE MMM

Bsummers · 11/07/2016 07:02

I would have Black olives, jalapeño (not authentic italian, but I love jalapeño!), mushrooms and red onions, with a classic pizza tomato sauce, basil and mozzarella cheese.

MiddleClassProblem · 11/07/2016 09:19

Some roasted aubergine, some chorizo, some rocket and lots of cheeeeeeesseese!!!!!

qwom · 11/07/2016 13:09

A thin base with tomato sauce, halloumi, peppadew peppers, lemony green olives, rocket and some parmesan savings - NOM!

Onlygingergothinthevillage · 11/07/2016 13:25

It has to be smoked salmon, cream cheese & black olives.
Now I'm starving!

BreconBeBuggered · 11/07/2016 13:30

Thin-ish base, garlicky tomato sauce, caramelised onions, mushrooms, red peppers and grilled aubergine. Not too much cheese but LOTS of toppings, and some chilli oil on the side.

BeautyQueenFromMars · 11/07/2016 13:42

Tons and tons of cheese, standard tomato sauce, pepperoni, onion, mixed peppers, jalapenos and garlic. Delicious!

As an aside, fruit with savoury food is just wrong, so Hawaiian pizza should be banned. Grin

We are a family of 3.

I would go for...
A thin Base.
Decent ham or chicken
Sweetcorn
Pineapples
Red and yellow peppers
All under a good layer of cheese.
Mostly mozzarella, but with a bit of cheddar or double Gloucester for flavour.

Ds would have...
Lots of meat.
Pepperoni. Salami.
Ham. Chicken.
With peppers and Pineapples too .

Dd is 3. She would just like one she can eat!
She would like the staff to know if a gluten free pizza Base can be eaten by someone who can't eat wheat (codex wheat. ..)

She isn't bothered by gluten of milk allergies. Only wheat.

And she loves angry combination of
Chicken
Ham
Sweetcorn
Peppers
Pineapples (by the bucketful )

And she would really love a doughball.
So she could be the same as her brother.
