PizzaExpress is teaming up with Ice Age: Collision Course this summer to provide great family days out. So, we’ve been asked by PizzaExpress to find out what MNers’ and their families’ dream pizzas would be.

peppers (must be at least 3 different peppers)
caramelised onions
mushrooms
sweetcorn
olives
jalapeños
basil
tomatoes
chilli oil .....
the warmer the better!

I like a thinnest pizza, with tomato and mozzarella of course.

I used to live near an independent pizzeria who did one with pepperoni, green peppercorns, black olives and pine nuts. It was lovely. Impossible to get the peppercorns anywhere else in my experience!

I love black olives, mushrooms, sweetcorn and roasted red onions. Perfect!

I love a vegetarian pizza covered in mushrooms, black olives, spinach and an egg on the top! It has to be a thin crust and with lots of lovely mozzarella and black pepper!

Cheese, tomato, mushrooms, pepper, red onion, olives, pineapple. Thin base is good but so is a stuffed crust.

And I would call it triple meat spiced pizza! Yum

Duck bacon pizza with pomegranate syrup dried cherries and mozzarella, goats cheese and caramelised onions.

Black olives, prosciutto, mushrooms, roast chicken

Super thin base, spicy tomato sauce, mozzarella, onions, chilli oil

Thin base, tomato and basil sauce topped with mozzarella. I would have Parma ham, porcini mushrooms and spinach. When it was cooked I would add fresh mozzarella and garlic oil. Yum!

PLEASE PLEASE bring back my favourite pizza - would be perfect on your lovely thin base - cooked without tomatoes but with fresh tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, rocket and pesto on top after cooking. Heaven on a plate!

My favourite ever pizza was one I had in 1993 in the village of Gassin in France - roquefort and artichoke. Perfect. If I close my eyes I can still smell it now - have tried it in other places but it's never been quite the same. Think it needs your oven...

1. Goats cheese, red onion marmalade and garlic cloves.

My dream pizza is an American hot and my children love cheese and tomatoe.

Very thin base, tomato sauce, mozzarella, artichoke hearts, sliced black olives, slivers of smoked Italian ham, maybe some mushrooms and a bit extra cheese, feta or ricotta! Mmmmmmmm!

Thin base, sausage stuffed crust, tomato and herb sauce, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, with bbq sauce for dipping!

A thin and crispy base, topped with tomato sauce, aubergine, goats cheese, spinach, caramelised red onion, mozzarella and a fried egg in the middle :-)

Yum. Thin base with Serrano, rocket, red onion, olives & pesto please. (Also love 4 seasons)
