PizzaExpress is teaming up with Ice Age: Collision Course this summer to provide great family days out. So, we’ve been asked by PizzaExpress to find out what MNers’ and their families’ dream pizzas would be.

I had my perfect pizza tonight - chicken, mixed peppers, sweetcorn and black olives. Yum yum!

A thin base with halloumi cheese, red and green peppers, pineapple, jalapeños and mushrooms. Mmmmmmmm.

My ideal pizza would have as a topping, a plate, a plate with a completely different meal on it. Something yummy like a roast chicken dinner. Just not pizza. Pizza usually sucks.

I love Pizza and I love Pineapple so up for pineapple on my pizza.

I prefer a veggie pizza to a meat one-Mozarella, red onions some rocket are nice ...but if I was being adventurous ....banana and avacado-yum!

Thick based margherita with extra tomato base to make the top of the pizza soft while the bottom is crisp. Add ham, pineapple, and extra string cheese for the topping.

Mozzarella, Parma ham, artichokes, mushrooms and red onion, please!

Not too out there but I am a fan of salt so here goes.....thin base, usual tomato and mozzarella topping THEN black olives, capers and anchovies on top. Maybe a scattering of basil and rocket and mushrooms. Oh heaven on a plate! (Yes perhaps I do have a salt deficiency.....ha ha)

Even since a holiday in the south of France it has to be blue cheese with a bit of basil if we have it too, on a really thin base which the bread machine makes really quickly.

I love the pizza in pizza express with the salad in the middle. I'd love to see this in different varieties so I'd probably choose a BLT. The bacon and tomato on the pizza with a bit of red pepper. The lettuce would obviously be in the middle. Yum!

Tuna and onion. Yum yum yum. Although also like a goats cheese and caramelised onion...

Mushrooms, onions, green peppers, thick cut salami and lots of mozzarella cheese. YUM.

Lots and lots of cheese. Also nice and spicy so some jalapeños generously sprinkled ontop.

I like to keep it simple with cheese, tomato and peppers

Mine would have a sriracha base sauce, topped with mozzarella, green peppers, fresh chilli and tomatoes.

I love Pineapple on a pizza.

I love pizza and though I deny myself mostly occasionally I have one and utterly love it.

My dream pizza is a thin crispy crust prepared with the usual tomato based sauce and mozzarella, then topped with caramelised red onions, soft goats cheese, roasted peppers (no green ones please!) then when it's cooked, drizzle with really grassy olive oil, roll a few bits of prosciutto on top and pile a mound of rocket in the top just to get your five a day in. Heaven. Don't forget a nice crisp glass of white wine and some good company to enjoy it!

Really thin base with garlicky tomato sauce and tons of different cheeses including definitely stinky ones.
