PizzaExpress is teaming up with Ice Age: Collision Course this summer to provide great family days out. So, we’ve been asked by PizzaExpress to find out what MNers’ and their families’ dream pizzas would be.

So how would you customise your dream pizza? Are you a classic Margherita person or do you have more adventurous tastes? Where do you stand with pineapple on pizza? Are you the kind of person who likes lots of different toppings on one pizza, or do you prefer to keep things simple?

Sliced mushrooms mozzarella and red chili flakes

When I make a home made pizza it is always tomato puree, grated cheese, ham, mushroom, sliced tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and plenty of black olives.

Nutella, mini marshmallows and sliced banans!

Would have to be... pepperoni, peppers, red onion, cheese and sweetcorn :)

Cheese, more cheese, maybe some red onion and ... even more cheese!

Very thin crispy base with goats cheese, spinach, cherry tomatoes & truffle oil x

Something a little bit exotic and that you couldn't buy in a supermarket; maybe seafood (crab/lobster ...) or a lovely but more unusual cheese; plus I do like a few roast veg or something on my pizza so I can pretend I am being healthy

Mine would be some kind of fiery sausage like n'duja with peppers and rocket.

DD (5) would like all of the olives.

Ohhhh but what I would really really love is pizza made with vegan cheese (that I don't have to bring in!) so that I could nip in to pizza express on a whim with my two dairy (and egg) allergic children!

A thinish base with a simple fresh tomato sauce, not too complex; good tomatoes, fruity olive oil and garlic.
Toppings; prawns, fresh rosemary ( it works!), chilli ,red onion, mozzarella and finished off with a grating of lemon zest and chopped parsley plus a good sprinkling of more delicious olive oil and some freshly ground black pepper and some salt flakes..

Tomato and BBQ sauce (not too much though!)
Mozzarella
Completely crispy bacon
Mushrooms
Tomatoes thinly sliced
and can I have it in about half an hour please?

I love pizza but also the pizza express salads and the melanzze. My dream pizza though is an American hot, but I'd try anything once. I'm always more likely to try something new if someone else is paying...

I would have Chorizo, peppers, musrooms, onions, chllies and cheese!!!

A dream pizza for my family would be split into 5 sections with the ingredients that each of my children like so I dont have to stand peeling bits off here and adding them there and getting tomato fingers. It would include in sections -
1 = ham, tomato slices and meatballs
2 = pineapple and ham
3= sausage and baked beans
4= ham, cheese, sausage, tomato slices
5 = All of above as my 5 yr old will eat anything !!

Tuna, Peppas, Red Onion, Beef and pineapple :) I craved this when i was expecting and since then i still love it haha

Blue cheese, crispy bacon, caramelised onion and chicken on a thin and crispy base. Mmm.

Ham, pineapple, pesto, olives, chilli slices, and sweetcorn

Wild garlic pesto and ham hock pieces with dollops of cream cheese. I love this for my tea!

I like red onion, peppers and chilli flakes on a light tomato sauce then maybe prosciutto as well... Which would go crispy... Mmm.

A thin base but not so thin that it goes all floppy and soggy when you pick it up.

Caramelised onions, sundried tomatoes, mozzarella with a scattering of rocket leaves on the top all on a thin base but not so thin that it goes all floppy and soggy when you pick it up.

i love anchovies, tuna, olives and lots of fresh herbs

Oooh the best non-sweetened Italian tomato sauce, a light sprinkling of mozarella and gruyere, a selection of the best quality sliced olives, red onion, pepperdew peppers, and a couple of sundried tomatoes And now I'm starving and really need this pizza!!
