PizzaExpress is teaming up with Ice Age: Collision Course this summer to provide great family days out. So, we’ve been asked by PizzaExpress to find out what MNers’ and their families’ dream pizzas would be.

Here’s what PizzaExpress have to say: ‘When it comes to PizzaExpress ingredients, we never compromise. After all, they’re the foundation for our great flavours. The same goes for our commitment to bringing fresh ideas to the table – such as our exciting new take on the Hawaiian Pizza.’

‘Inspired by Peter, our founder’s entrepreneurship and bravery to try new things, we’re always looking for new ways to delight our customers. How do we do that? By listening to them, of course, and bringing their ideas to life with a little creativity.’

So how would you customise your dream pizza? Are you a classic Margherita person or do you have more adventurous tastes? Where do you stand with pineapple on pizza? Are you the kind of person who likes lots of different toppings on one pizza, or do you prefer to keep things simple?

Whatever your favourite recipes are, post below about your dream pizza and you will be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £300 Love2Shop voucher.

Thanks and good luck!

It would have to be pineapple and peppers

SimplyNigella · 05/07/2016 20:29

Steak enchilada pizza with jalapeños and sour cream.

jodiecrossley1 · 05/07/2016 20:34

mozarella pine nuts mushrooms goats cheese and rocket!

katiewalters · 05/07/2016 20:39

Mine would be a pizza with bbq sauce instead of tomato, I would have lots of cheese so it's extra cheesy, I like the stuffed crusts with cheese as well, and toppings would be spicy beef, peppers and chilli flakes

planepointer · 05/07/2016 20:45

Chilli, mozarella, salami and courgette

PutDownThatLaptop · 05/07/2016 20:50

Thin Romano base in a rectangle, with chilli tomato sauce, torn buffalo mozzarella, Parmigiana-Reggiano cheese, fresh pineapple....all cooked and then sprinkled with crispy onions, rocket and extra virgin olive oil.

mowmylawn · 05/07/2016 20:58

Thin, rustic base with grilled peaches, prosciutto, mascarpone and apple cider syrup/drizzle. Mmmm....

littleme96 · 05/07/2016 21:05

I love a good Quattro Formaggi - you can never have too much cheese! It needs to have gorgonzola on it too, as some don't. Thin base, but not too thin that it is hard when cooked.

Pineapple has no place on a pizza in my opinion.

I had the nicest pizza ever in Paris on holiday last month. It had huge slices of chargrilled aubergine , seasoned well with herbs, salt , pepper and olive oil, in a stone baked base. To be honest I love anything like chargrilled or roasted vegetables on, like a bit of pesto too (vegetarian pesto though!) , goats cheese, rocket, cherry tomatoes and black olives is another favourite. I'm so hungry now 😊

tiddles12 · 05/07/2016 21:09

Thin base, lots of tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, goats cheese, caramelised onions, peppers, rocket and ham

rennie1811 · 05/07/2016 21:14

cheese, cheese and more cheese = yummy pizza

underrugsswept · 05/07/2016 21:17

Deep pan, pepperoni and LOTS of pineapple. Yum!

lulumajor · 05/07/2016 21:21

I love parma ham, sliced mushrooms and lots of rocket. Literally the ideal pizza!

lovealatte · 05/07/2016 21:21

Over the years I have experimented with loads of topping combos and have finally found the perfect pizza for me (I'm veggie). Thin base, tomato sauce, spinach, ricotta, black olives, scattered with parmesan shavings and topped off with a drizzle of chilli oil. Perfect.

FilthyPout · 05/07/2016 21:23

Thin and crispy, tomato sauce, tons of mozzarella with chicken, ham and mushrooms!

Mozarmstrong · 05/07/2016 21:25

Lovely thin and crispy base. Toppings of moz cheese , ham, mushrooms, sweetcorn, broccoli, pineapple hmmmm want it now!

NattyTile · 05/07/2016 21:29

Spinach, feta, pine nuts, and a garlicky pesto rather than tomato as the base.

stefalfie11 · 05/07/2016 21:33

Pepperoni, peppers, onion and sweetcorn

happysouls · 05/07/2016 21:34

Oh decisions, decisions! I would have said that pesto and rocket was a great combination on a pizza, but that was before I really got started with roasted vegetables! So...I'd go for roasted vegetables with olives and bits of blue cheese for good measure!

ThomasRichard · 05/07/2016 21:35

Tomato base with a sprinkle of thinly-sliced red chilli circles, very fine slivers of nectarine and chorizo. I had this once at a campsite in Wales and it. was. amazing. I've never seen it since :(

pfcpompeysarah · 05/07/2016 21:38

I am easy to please, I love a deep pan base, large pizza of course, topped with usual cheese, spicy beef, chillies, red onion, and peppers.... and just to be greedy, an extra sprinkling of cheese over the top of it... yum!

Gumgardener321 · 05/07/2016 21:45

Roasted aubergine & peppers, spinach, garlic, onions , mushrooms &lots of mozzarella & herbs. Mmmmmmm!!!

DaisyDando · 05/07/2016 21:46

I love pine nuts, despite them being more expensive than diamonds!
I would love a Romano base with tomato, mozzarella, olives, pine-nuts, rocket and Parmesan. Please!

jmh740 · 05/07/2016 21:53

A thin Base with tomato sauce then peppers, red onions, mushrooms, pineapple black olives, lots of mozzarella basil oil and parmesan shavings and black pepper when it's taken out of the oven.

Hopezibah · 05/07/2016 21:54

I love pizzas with lots of fresh salad / leaves on them. I love Mediterranean flavours like olives and caramelised onions and goats cheese.

I also love the more unusual ones that we've had at Pizza Express in the past - eg the one without a tomato base.

Would love to see more healthy variations on bases - possibly even some of the types of flour that are becoming popular - buckwheat, etc or a really mega healthy superfood one - Not sure how they'd work but I'm sure somewhere like Pizza express would have the expertise to make a great pizza dough out of alternative flours.
