PizzaExpress is teaming up with Ice Age: Collision Course this summer to provide great family days out. So, we’ve been asked by PizzaExpress to find out what MNers’ and their families’ dream pizzas would be.

Here’s what PizzaExpress have to say: ‘When it comes to PizzaExpress ingredients, we never compromise. After all, they’re the foundation for our great flavours. The same goes for our commitment to bringing fresh ideas to the table – such as our exciting new take on the Hawaiian Pizza.’

So how would you customise your dream pizza? Are you a classic Margherita person or do you have more adventurous tastes? Where do you stand with pineapple on pizza? Are you the kind of person who likes lots of different toppings on one pizza, or do you prefer to keep things simple?

ham mushroom chicken pineapple and sweetcorn

Hmmm....my perfect pizza would have a thin base, a garlic tomato sauce, roasted onions and peppers, lots of chili, prosciutto, mushrooms, chargrilled spicy chicken and aubergine, red onions and finished off with sprinkles of rocket and parmesan - heaven!

Im pretty boring going for traditional but my daughter would like olives, broccoli and Peanuts on hers!

Thin base with capsicum, olives, sweetcorn, pineapple and cheese!

couldn't there be a sweet base pizza - with chocolate, rocky road, strawberries, fudge sauce...

if it HAD to be savoury I would have thin stone baked base, cheese, ham, basil, tomatoes, peppers. Nom.

My favourite pizza would be mushrooms and olives or a bechamel sauce with chicken, bacon and red onion with sweet chilli sauce drizzled over it!

My perfect pizza toppings would be meatballs, chillis and lashings of mozzarella - in fact, just like the one Pizza Express used to do in their Romana range - and discontinued

Oh plenty of cheese (mozzarella, goats cheese and ricotta), camerlised onions and smoked ham.
Oh my mouth is watering!

Well, call me fussy, but I'd much rather have a calzone, filled with ham, mushroom, pepperoni (but it has to be small, tasty pepperoni, like at Pizza Express) and mini meatballs (like from Bella Italia). I hope that's not too much to ask....?

a thin pizza base with pesto, mozarella, mushrooms, rocket, sundried tomatoes and chorizo.

My dream pizza would have char-grilled chicken breast on pesto base and lots of black olives!

Belgian chocolate, salted caramel, marshmallows

my favourite pizza woud be a thin base but not soggy or too hard either. lots of sauce and lots of cheese, mozarella . I only really eat cheese or ham and pineapple, although I have had one with barbecue sauce and chicken which was nice.

pizza express venetiana with a light addition of chilli sauce (linghams brand because it is the perfect blend of sweet and hot)

Sweet chilli stone baked base with grated cheddar and mozzarella topped with parma ham, sweet chilli chicken and chorizo

I would love some faux "meat" such as Quorn & lots of chunky veg, and of course plenty of spicy chillies, yum!

thin, crispy base with narrow crusts. BBQ sauce with chicken, sweetcorn, mushroom and pineapple :-) or Duck, Hoisin sauce, some finely chopped spring onions. yum !

and cheese obviously ! can't have pizza without cheese.

Loads of veggies, sweetcorn, peppers, mushroom, onions, jalapenos, pesto with sun dried tomato and aubergine would be amazing

Thin crispy base, tomato base followed by bacon and banana, topped with cheese. Make this at home and it's bloody lovely!

Thin crust, barbecue base, pepperoni, mushrooms, onion as toppings and the drizzled with garlic mayonnaise.

I'd love pizza express to do 'nice' stuffed crust - I'm thinking an olive and proscutti pizza, with feta and sundried tomato or caramelised onion crust. Argh, I'm hungry now!
