To help celebrate the new Pregnancy Tracker app, sponsored by Persil Non Bio and Comfort Pure - we'd love to hear all about your pregnancy cravings.

The new app guides you through pregnancy week by week, sharing expert info and the experiences of thousands of other women who've been through the same things at each stage.

We all know that pregnancy can make people do some rather strange things - and 90% of pregnant women will experience antenatal cravings. Some can't get enough of one specific food, while others find themselves creating flavour combinations they'd never have dreamed of pre-pregnancy.

From inhaling everything sweet in two seconds flat, to middle of the night munching, or the sudden urge to taste things that aren't even food - what did you crave while waiting for your baby to arrive?

Share your wacky and wonderful pregnancy cravings with us - and help make other pregnant women currently experiencing them feel a little better about their latest hormone-induced feast.

Anyone who posts on this thread will be entered into a prize draw to win a £150 voucher for the store of your choice PLUS a month's supply of Persil Non Bio and Comfort Pure!

Thanks and good luck,
MNHQ

Marmite, which I've never eaten before or since, can't even stand the smell now! I also used to get attracted to the smell of things though, play doh especially

janeyf1 · 21/02/2016 09:06

burgers and vanilla thick shakes

Chopstheduck · 21/02/2016 09:08

extra strong mints - wrecked havoc with my teeth!

Frolicacid · 21/02/2016 09:11

Bath sponge. I used to chew it like gum. It took everything I had not to swallow it!

TattieHowkerz · 21/02/2016 09:14

With my first I wanted mainly healthy stuff: flush, dried fruit, nuts and... Mushrooms in white sauce.

This time it is all donuts and cheap noodles. I had 25p chicken noodles at 8am the other day. Also sausages. Lots of sausages.

Mozarmstrong · 21/02/2016 09:16

Real chip shop chips with batter scraps washed down with blackcurrant juice I have never had this combination since

TattieHowkerz · 21/02/2016 09:16

Madonna I want pears too! The only healthy thing I am craving. Also want Fanta, but not orange juice Hmm.

hmariez · 21/02/2016 09:19

Smell of carpets

alibabbaskeggy · 21/02/2016 09:22

I craved chiabbatta bread with lemon stuffed olives accompanied by chocolate eclairs!!

barbsbarbs · 21/02/2016 09:24

i actually had a desire to eat car tyres, but i didnt I stuck to picked onion crisps.

deepcmum · 21/02/2016 09:25

In the first few months for some reason I could only tolerate eating white things, mashed potatos, Cauliflower, feta. Crisps featured all through my pregnacy even though I normal don't like them.

mutleythegooner · 21/02/2016 09:30

Pickled onions with everything!!

SmallBee · 21/02/2016 09:37

Didn't have any first time round but this time I've gone bonkers!
There are so many things I've got an aversion to that I will then just buy anything I can eat that takes my fancy. I've started calling it ' pregnancy shopping ' when I come home from sainsburys with all sorts (but not actually all sorts because liquorice is awful)

Mini eggs are my favourite at the moment. But I have also craved doritos with caramelised onion hummus to dip.
Ginger biscuits ( with DD and DH ate most of)

Macdonalds big macs, I've only had one so far but it is all I want most days.
Gherkins.
White chocolate Ferrero rochers.

piggyliggy2015 · 21/02/2016 09:41

I didn't really have any crazy ones. Only salt & vinegar chipsticks

SmallBee · 21/02/2016 09:41

Is the app available on Android?

grumpymummy3 · 21/02/2016 09:42

lots of crisps and mcdonalds fries with all 3 of them.

WowOoo · 21/02/2016 09:43

I really wanted to eat dog biscuits when I was pregnant. I didn't but I loved the smell.

I used to eat loads of raita and popadoms. Also lots of crisps. With my second I remember craving steak - just before getting told I was anaemic. Listen to your body!

tabbaz123 · 21/02/2016 09:45

oh dear - Well I had a huge craving for tinned peaches! It was ridiculous how much I craved them - One night I couldn't sleep so got up and went to the cupboard - opened a tin and took them back to bed with me.......I fell asleep - the can slipped out my hands and the peaches and juice slithered down my husbands back.....he was not impressed!

penka · 21/02/2016 09:46

Cauliflower stems. I loved their crunchiness. And coke. I don't normally drink it.

Emgrace · 21/02/2016 09:48

Ice cream sundae! With brownies, cream, chocolate sauce and sprinkles

ThemisA · 21/02/2016 09:57

I wanted oranges and baked potatoes but not together.

Annbunce · 21/02/2016 10:01

My cravings were - boiled cauliflower with my eldest, plates and plates of it and twiglets dipped into milky hot chocolate with my youngest. Yummy

amyhalliday1 · 21/02/2016 10:02

Gherkins yuk!!

beckyinman · 21/02/2016 10:02

Apple pies with melted cheese on the top

Marg2k8 · 21/02/2016 10:17

I didn't get any strange cravings, but I did go off some things, especially coffee.
