The smell of a fresh christmas tree, lights coming down the stairs the reef going up and the smell of cinnamon candles

It's the people that make a house a home.

My family and my beautiful dog make my house a home, without them there's nothing to the place to make it feel like home. I could be anywhere in the world and if I had them there then it would feel like home to me.

Lovely scented candles burning, warm rooms, something nice cooking in the oven and people :)

My kids and cat! Without them it's a pile of bricks and mortar!

We rent our house, but its till our some because its filled with love and laughter. We have photographs everywhere reminding us of memories and its where our family are

Squeals of excited children when they see a pile of presents under the tree.

It's my family and friends that makes my house a home. A cosy living room and an open door to friends and family. Making them welcome with lots of food or cups of tea and an overnight bed if they need one!

Home made treats, our christmas tree which we add 1 or 2 special baubles too each year (this year a wedding minnie and mickey mouse decoration as me and the DH married in May and honeymooned in Disneyland)
