Netflix are excited to bring you Bloodline, a brand new Netflix original series, from Todd A. Kessler, Daniel Zelman, Glenn Kessler – the creators of the acclaimed show Damages.

Bloodline is a dramatic thriller that explores the demons lurking beneath the surface of a contemporary American family. The Rayburns are hard-working pillars of their Florida Keys community. But when the black sheep son comes home for the 45th anniversary of his parents' hotel, he threatens to expose the Rayburns' dark secrets and shameful past, pushing his siblings to the limits of family loyalty.

The series stars Kyle Chandler (Friday Night Lights), Ben Mendelsohn (The Dark Knight Rises), Linda Cardellini (Mad Men) and Norbert Leo Butz as the Rayburn siblings, and the iconic actress Sissy Spacek as the Rayburn matriarch.

The whole of season one is now available on Netflix so feel free to binge watch as much as you like Grin. Wherever you are up to in the show we’d like you to pop on and off this thread to discuss the series and share with us what your thoughts are! Everyone who takes part in the discussion will be entered into a prize draw to win an iPad Air 2 and a 6 month subscription to Netflix!

Note on spoilers: We want to hear your thoughts on everything, from plot twists to season finales and more - but if you’re talking anything that could reveal important plot details then please put Spoiler warning at the beginning of your post to alert others who may not have seen it.
Happy watching,

Finished this last night, i absolutely loved it. Slow to start, but after first couple of episodes (which themselves are great episodes) it is so gripping and you think you know whats happened, but you dont! Highly recommended, hope there is a series 2

Doyouthinktheysaurus · 09/04/2015 19:32

I am loving this series. Desperate to move to Florida Keys now, life on the south coast seems so mediocre in comparison!

Jezzamk · 09/04/2015 19:35

There are too many great things to watch at the moment and I haven't got Netflix. Mad Men, Game of Thrones, Fortitude, Poldark, Bannished, Indian Summers. If I get Netflix I will never be able to leave the living room becuase there will be so many more great things to watch.

janemphoto · 09/04/2015 19:52

I've not heard of this show before but sounds good. Watching Better Call Saul now and it's great.

mamof3boys · 09/04/2015 20:14

I have just started watching this and I am really enjoying it. It's a must watch on Netflix.

chez1979 · 09/04/2015 22:00

Have heard great things about the series, and have just recently subscribed to Netflix, I can feel a binge session this weekend!

FrenchieMum2Be · 09/04/2015 22:07

I'd love to get into a new series, the trailer looks really good.

marshgirl · 09/04/2015 22:13

I do not have Netflix but have been thinking about it for a few months as my daughter is at an age that she is interested in series .
I am also on the look out for new things to watch and looking at the trailer this would suit me down to the ground.

ddpunk182 · 09/04/2015 22:28

Haven't seen the trailers for this yet but Ben Mendelsohn?! YES PLEASE! I'll definitely be tuning in over the weekend.

curlymasters · 09/04/2015 23:25

I've just tonight finished watching all of Downton Abbey so I'm in need of a good series.

stephimoon · 09/04/2015 23:30

This looks pretty good, perhaps one for when the kiddies are asleep. We've just started getting a bit bored of House.

cluckyhen · 09/04/2015 23:38

OOhh I've never heard of this but have informed hubby we have to check it out tomorrow now!

indiestar · 09/04/2015 23:39

kimmy3931 · 10/04/2015 00:02

Just suscribed to Netflix so will definately watch it

smxx · 10/04/2015 00:25

I'm going to watch this. Thanks for bringing it to my attention - looks great :)

spanglisher · 10/04/2015 00:38

Looks promising but to be honest I prefer UK based series over US tv and as I rarely have time to watch whole series, I'll probably never get around to watching this

dm2ooo · 10/04/2015 00:46

Bloodline is the reason no cleaning got done in my house this weekend. I won't spoil it but the storyline is amazing, so don't start watching unless you can afford to sit in front of the TV for a few hours! :) The quality of the actors in this series is stunning. I love House of Cards and OITNB, Bloodline is at least as good as these series, if not better.

bc1616 · 10/04/2015 00:49

Wow! This looks great, would love to watch this

srobbo71 · 10/04/2015 02:00

We've watched 3 so far and it is quite hard to follow...going to watch a couple more before give up!
