In celebration of their new blog, Sanctuary Spa would love for you to share your top beauty or skincare tip for their regular ‘Try It Tuesday’ feature.

Sanctuary Spa say "Here at Sanctuary Spa, we love sharing beauty and skincare tips, so we started our Try It Tuesday blog to share some of our favourites. Every Tuesday, we post a new tip, so have a look and let us know what you think"

So, what are your top tips? Maybe it’s something as simple as drinking plenty of water? Or perhaps you have a homemade face mask recipe that you’d love to share? Or you have a little trick for keeping your hair healthy?

Whatever it is, Sanctuary Spa would love to hear them. Take a look at 'Try it Tuesday' for some inspiration, and a curious look at some of the tips that have already been shared.

Everyone who posts on this thread will be entered into a prize draw where one winner will receive a £150 pamper hamper.

Please note your comments may be included on Sanctuary Spa’s social media channels, and possibly elsewhere, so please only post if you're comfortable with this.

Thanks and good luck,
MNHQ

Sleep and be happy. Most important but not always achievable.

Moisturise and wear sunblock.

only use olive oil on face .only wear mascara. love using products with ylang ylang in it.lush. anything natural is good for me .I drink green tea and herbal teas .for my hair i use hair mayonnaise conditioner .put in hair loads .then put foil hair cap on head {like shower cap] then on top of that to protect pillows when I sleep .I put scarf over it ..in morning my hair under cap feels lovely and warm .in morning wash out and my hair has had a good treatment and hair is stronger with a lovely shine an smell throught the day.

Agree that drinking water is important as is always taking off make up. I don't wear lots anyway.

Facial oils under your regular skin care moisturiser at night. They really work!

Keep your skin clean, hydrated and protected.

Use oil on your skin and on your hair.

Smile. Grin

Cleanse and moisturise (as a minimum routine) twice a day. Use a toner if you can. Chemical exfoliants are better than manual ones (scrubs) Take your make up off as soon as you get home. Oils are good for oily skin. Use a cleansing balm, NOT a foaming cleanser

Don't forget to moisturise your neck!

Exercise. Dermatologists say it's one of the ways to keep your skin looking younger.

Vaseline. One little tub is all you need. A tiny dab under your eyes can give a more youthful glow. Can help with dry patches and grazes. Used on lips can plump them up. Smooth on eyebrows to help with shape. Used as a cuticle balm and hand treatment. Great on feet and toes. I used it on my csection scar and it is now barely visable. We really don't need mega expensive products. A simple moisturiser and vaseline will do the same job.
