Yes I just called and she said it went to a decision maker yesterday. I will call again Monday. I will probably have to do a MR.

Mines due the 13th so the day before yours haha

MR scan date 25/04 - only reason I considered an MR is in the evidence we sent we specifically mentioned how we feel he is entitled to HRM alongside the evidence to support it, with the original decision there was no mention as to why they hadn't awarded HRM or where they felt he did not meet the criteria.

I still feel my son is entitled to it, hes almost 9 and in year 4 at school (attends a specialist resource unit attached to a mainstream school) and is currently working at reception level which is the lowest level you can work at, has diagnosis for both ASD and a Learning Disability and yet nothing was mentioned in the statement of reasons.

Hoping now hes been with his new teacher for 6 weeks I can get one last document from her to help us with this MR but still not holding my breath

Still not with a decision maker yet, said they are going through 1500 claims a week and I should have a decision in the next few months. I asked if I could get a text updates and he said that the DM usually do a courtesy call to say they are dealing with your claim now which I know they don’t always do so the waiting continues🙈X

Yes for care and mobility. I sent in so much evidence but I know we will still probably get declined the mobility. Seems like they only award it with MRs.

Yeah but we know that’s what they say as they can’t give a time frame and it’s supposed to be 30+ weeks so I’ll probs just leave calling again until I’m almost 30 weeks if I haven’t heard before then X

Im posting more evidence (another dr report) tempted to send the print of the notifications during night of my sons camera :-/ but tbh think we will stay on same rate. 23 wks today for us...

I called on Tuesday and they said it’s waiting to be assigned to a case manager and I should hear before 30 weeks

Has any of the April COC moved over to this thread?

Just checked fb page, and there are loads waiting from april, said when they called its with end of March still and would be 3-4 weeks yet (not me the april coc)

There was 2 other April coc on here but I don’t think they’ve moved over to this thread. If they are at the end of March I should hear around 30 weeks 🤞I’m hoping it doesn’t go over, I can’t believe any of us even have to wait this long just to get a decision!

Might be cos half term etc :-/
