@anorb @Jessesmum19 Ive just called and they said it’s still in the holding queue but they are now working on April COC 🤦‍♀️ and the wait continues…. Surely it has to be going to the dm at some point this week

I’m calling tomorrow as I’m 31 weeks tomorrow if it’s still not with do going to ask for it to be escalated at my renewal is due start of jan!

I'm so sorry it's taking this long for you.. it's the unknown that I find the hardest. .. I'm sd 09/05 so I've a bit to go yet. Fingers crossed to good news for you soon

Yes my renewal date is the start of Jan too I really don't want to fill the forms out again !!

Have you filled out and sent in your renewal form? I would suggest sending them asap if you haven’t just incase the coc doesn’t go in your favour.

No I haven't yet I was going to give it another couple of weeks and if it's a no I'll fill them out and send them off xx

I’m going to call again Wednesday aswell, the other person for coc infront of us their decision was made dead on 31 weeks and found out the day after, so I’m hoping they will have a decision by then

Still can’t believe you’re still waiting, wish they had a proper complaint team that we could complain to and actually get somewhere. I haven’t seen any COC awarded in a while, haven’t seen any on FB either. I’m calling on Friday as I haven’t called in a few weeks X

So universal credit have updated my old statements to reflect what I asked them to backdate but no letter.or anything in journal to say about the backdated money? Is this normal?

Did your statements update before you received a letter about backdating?

No they never. Still nothing, no back payment received yet.

I know, I was so sure I would hear by 30 weeks then it went up another week I’m guessing from the weeks half term? But 3/4 had a decision last week at 31 weeks so I’m hoping it will be the same for me. It’s about time they started getting the wait times down for COC and MR, this wait is far too long!

I had a message saying they'd look into my back payment and get back to me. Nobody got back to me and my statements now reflect asif i've had the backdated money but no letter or message about it. it's soo frustrating.

Spoke to seen back payment just went into bank. Statement is available with it also showing for next payment.

Have you checked your bank? Mine have only jsut changed and money was in my account x

Yeah, my statements got changed today but nothing saying I'm gonna receive back pay or nothing in the bank, probably be 3-5days from today i guess x

They can do it 3 days my advisor always give me back pay the same day they process it. I’ve also got letter of amounts etc in my journal u will get that before they pay you. It may be tomorrow xx
