Still no decision 😞 he said it’s got to be really soon you’ve been waiting what must seem like forever, I said it feels like forever, then he said they all received a message for COC yesterday, they have to tell us they are working on 26th March so it should be another week or two so looks like the wait times have definitely gone up again

MR 16/09, got a letter yesterday saying a decision could take up to 15 weeks, I wish that was true 😅

I’m just getting fed up with the wait times keep going up more and more, surely they have got to start bringing them down soon

I'm so sorry you haven't had your decision yet but that 26th March date is ridiculous. Mine was dated 18th March and I had my outcome on 12th October. So there's no way they are only one week up now after 3 weeks!?

That is very true, I haven’t seen anymore March dates still waiting and that week in March they all seemed to have got their decisions at 21 weeks for some reason? Surely they must be on April by now, I will call again next week at 31 weeks hopefully they would have made the decision by then 🤞

Have you called this week? It would be interesting to see if you receive a decision by 31 weeks

I haven’t called yet this week. I will wait til Friday I think, as it will be over 31 weeks then. I hate feeling like a pest and hate the hold music even more!

I was on hold for nearly 50 minutes earlier 🤦‍♀️ I hate that hold music too! I’m at a stage where I need to know the outcome but worrying about the outcome too. Good luck when you call, hoping you get some positive news on Friday 🤞

Wondering if anyone can advise.... previously received HRC and LRM for my 9 year old son, at renewal it was declined and taken away all together, MR done, still no change, so I have taken to tribunal.

I have had an email this morning to say case is now with a legal officer as the DWP have failed to respond, I also had to appeal with no statement of reasons as I had requested this x 3 from the DLA and never received, therefore my appeal was over the month timeframe as I was waiting, but I did explain all of this.

Any idea how long this may take? I've heard some cases taking up to 2 years!

Received a phone call today MR 17/4 typical today is his 14th birthday
It made me really doubt myself I feel so negative about it life is stressful enough but trying to explain my child's needs I felt like they wasn't listening to what I was saying and kept referring back to sleep and asking why they don't sleep My child does not sleep and can be awake til 4am sometimes 6am and has on average 2/3hrs sleep I kept repeating due to diagnosed autism adhd his brain does not switch off and I have to keep him safe he also has fnd which the brain sends the wrong messages causing distortion and involuntary movements. They want to speak to school but school has an issue with ringing back 0800 numbers offered to email but the women declined and office staff said she was abrupt and rude on the phone school will try this afternoon when the 1-1 is not busy looking after my son in school as its this person they want to speak too. Not looking hopeful the person said its looking like school does not want to assist but they do.

Was it 3 week for backdating to be sorted aswell xx

Just called for an update and they have said they are still working in march's coc so looks like it's going to be another month at least !

we put new claim in 18/12/24 and got completely declined in April. I have just called and that has been changed to HRC for 2 years!!

never weeped soo much in my life! The fight is finally over.

Positive update. I put a NC in 5 weeks ago. Just had a payment gone into my account today. Wasn't expecting anything so quickly. 🙂. Scan date 30th September.

Still a waiting game for me hopfully hear something soon I phoned up to let them know to ring school back as they do want to assist but can only speak when school has finished and the phone cut off 🤦‍♀️ all I got case worker is now off and they will send a message over to case worker.
Will try ringing again tomorrow

Nothing I’m afraid. I know it’s now been over two weeks with the team that locates/allocates the NI number an each time I’ve called they’ve mentioned that it goes to that team when a DM deems that an award is likely. Last time I called (Friday) I was told to give it another 2-3 weeks.
