You will know when they are about to send the backpay because they adjust your previous uc awards and then will put a note on your journal saying how much they ow you

Nope called last Tuesday was waiting to be looked at I’m off Wednesday so I will call then as it will be 30 weeks

I was looking at the last couple of COC decisions they was done 30week and 5-6 days so hopefully you should have a decision by 31 weeks 🤞

I’m 30 weeks tomorrow so I’m going to call, they said last week it was waiting to be picked up by a case manager but I have a feeling we still have another week 😞

Hey does any1 know how much uc will owe me my daughter was awarded right rate care on the 8/8/25 was on middle rate be4 that and my earning period is 10th off every mouth till 9th of next mouth xx

I’ve based this on 3 months your owed
10/8-9/9, 10/9-9/10, 10/10-9/11 would be £1011.33 as I don’t think it would be sorted by the time 10/10-9/11 period would end and because it’s right at the end of 10/7-9/8 period I don’t think you would get it that month

Well apparently after waiting for a month they've told me today that ive not even declared my son has been awarded on my uc claim I done it on the 6th Oct ive even written on my journal could somebody check that I have done it correctly my change of circumstances added a disabled child and they replied that I have done everything correct but now there saying I havnt....
gonna ring them tomorrow....

Ive recently done mine, took 3 weeks i think to have it all sorted.

Has any one received there scan date letter with nc I haven’t yet so a rang was worried incase my forms got lost I did receive them last time round they did get my forms but lady on the phone said with some new claims being quick people are receiving there letters same time as there approval or decline letters which you will know as the payment will be in your back account before you get the letters which is what happened last time has the whole system changed

I never received a letter and my scan date is July only a text and they’ve got my sons claim seems a bit hit or miss with letters from what I’ve read

Did you ask for it to be backdated and did they reply to you about backdated pay? Xx

Called this morning, MR date 25/04 still in an open status and has not been looked at yet.

I got to wait forever them to verify it first then I put note on my journal for it to be backdated xxx

I got the message saying "child details verified" and retype the message but they never reply haha xx

30 weeks today for a COC, currently on hold to see if there is any decision yet, I won’t miss this hold music when the decision has finally been made 🤦‍♀️

Haha yes that is exactly how I feel right now! Still on hold 33 minutes in 😴 thank you, 7 months for a decision is just ridiculous!
