Congratulations, this is some good news to start a Monday morning ☺️ hopefully there will be a lot more awards today, it seems to have been quiet on here for weeks

Thank you! x. They’re definitely working weekends now for sure as I had my call Saturday & that’s when I got told today the decision was made it’s just annoying for some as dates seem to be all over the place when realistically it should be done in order

@Kirz250496 congratulations x

Thank you I hope yours is awarded soon as I’ve seen people wait longer than others with even dates before hand so it’s just silly how they work it, they need someone sort of online system where you can check instead of having to keep calling because it does make you very anxious x

katiewil · 03/11/2025 10:36

Anyone know what numbers I press when I call for a desicion answer? Renewal decision was made on 29th but wouldn’t tell me on phone

I've also called this morning, MR 3/04 and still not allocated to anyone. I think there's only one other with a March MR date that's behind me, that I've seen on FB.

It's been a whole year this week since it was originally submitted.

I asked to speak to a manager but was refused.
Lady was really lovely and kept apologising but still can't believe how inconsistent the dates are.

Really hope you get a good outcome, dates just seems all over the place & it’s not fair on people when like myself I’ve been awarded with a date after you which you’ve clearly been waiting longer than me so Im praying you get what you deserve for your child as we all are the ones having to deal with the hardship day to day x

Bless you, I'm so happy for you and that your wait is over. I'm sure it is fair and maybe they just work on a date system that is based on something else rather than scan date. Or maybe whomever were in the queue for has just been on holiday for the last month lol!

Good luck anyone calling today, I will be calling tomorrow when I will be 30 weeks for a COC, it looks like the wait times have gone up to 31 weeks for COC so hopefully not much longer to wait 🤞

Fingers crossed x

My sons COC on DLA was awarded in September for mobility to be added as he turned 5 and they actually ended up changing him from MRC to HRC I informed UC of change on 20/9/25 and it was finally agreed on 24/10/25 to back date to march when I did the COC with DL but haven’t received anything yet.

Princessmom222 · 03/11/2025 12:45

Any NC left from august?

Yeah I’ve been calling loads and they just said today check your statements when they change it means they are working on it as they will be changing them inline with the backdated payments. I’ve also wrote 3 messages in my journal which have not been replied too.

I got the child details verified message but no acknowledgement of backdating, I don't know if that message means they've accepted my daighters new rates. @jon81 Have ypu had that message yet? Xx

Yeah they verified back in September and I had the new rates for Oct UC and this month but it had to go to a decision maker to look at the back payment to march and they said on 24/10/25 that it will be back dated and now nothing, it’s with payments and adjustments I think but not sure how long they take.
